Carson-Garrett-Manno`s birthstory

My water broke on saturay, march 8th at around 11pm. I got to the hospital at around 12:30am and was 2cm dialted. got into the actual labor and delivery room around 1am. they started me on magnesiun sulfate at around 2am (actually 3am cuz of time change) becuz my blood pressure was very high. started pitocin drip at around 4am. dailted to 4 cm with contractions at around 7am, and recieved an epidural dialted about a cm an hour. Started pushing at 2pmish and at 2:26 pm..he was born. He was an 8 out of 10 on the apgar scale. -1 for color (umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck twice) and -1 for labored breathing for 30 seconds after birth. After the inital 30 seconds everything was normal. got taken off the magnesium sulfate the next day at around 9am. but my blood pressure still has not gone down. im still in the hospital, taking bp medicine. hopefully by tomorrow morning we will get to go home with a 4DAY OLD BABY!! i cant believe hes that old already!!! wow!!
