lol..ok so my contractions started on sunday 16th nov 08 at 2pm and was bearable until about 8pm. got to the hospital at 10pm and was begging for every drug possible whilst on gas and air but the midwives kept stalling me and refused to give me petjidin and the epidural lol. because it was my first child, i didnt get a room straight away as the docs thought i had long to go. at about 10:45 i was still in the waiting room and by now screaming and demanding a room. finally got a room at 11pm and was still begging for the epidural and still not given one lol.. waters broke at 11:50pm and in 3 pushs and 25mins later, joshua was born. at least im proud to say NO DRUGS NO TEAR..good luck to all of yous out there xxx
