Sadie-Madison-Edwards`s birthstory

I arrived at the hospital at 8:00 am for an induction of labor. The Dr. came in and broke my water and started pitocin at 9:15 am. I recieved my epidural at 11:50 am. My dr. checked me at 1:00 and said that I was dialated to 6, and that it would probobly be another couple of hours. Well that wasn`t the case AT ALL!!!! Ladies are you ready for this...........THANK GOD my Dr. had not left the floor, because I had my daughter 14 minutes later!!!!!! Yes indeed I went from a 6 to a 10 and had Sadie in 14 minutes!!!!!! It was the most unbelievable experience of my lifetime. All of my family was still in the room, and all of a sudden I felt this unbearable urge to push. When I yelled at the nurse to get the Dr, back in the room, I don`t think she believed me. The family left the room, and she checked me and said to give her a little push, well when I did, she said STOP, please don`t push just breath. That was the hardest thing to do ever. I had to push...there was no panting or breathing to it! It was the most awesome experience of my life. At 1:12 pm, my little girl came flying into the world!
