Ryan`s birthstory

My husband, my sister, her boyfriend and I were on our boat overnight. I woke up on Saturday morning to go use the bathroom, came back to lay down and there was fluid leaking out of me. I thought I just peed my pants, went back to the bathroom and realized that it just didn`t seem right. I was having some contractions but it was so early I thought is was braxton hicks. I waited about an hour and started to time the contractions as they were coming closer and closer. I was going to eat some breakfast and then a lot more fluid leaked out of me. I skipped breakfast and started to head to the hospital. (no shower). I realized that my water had broke, this was not pee! We made it to the hospital and got admitted after they confirmed my water broke. I was in labor for about 36 hours and delivered Ryan on 8/10 at 9:16pm.
My parents made it in time, my sis was already there, but we missed my baby shower as it was suppossed to be that Saturday the 9th. I guess he decided he wanted to be there in person!
