Jackson-Reid-Wilson`s birthstory

We were admitted at 8am for an induction. At 9am they started the Pitocin and the doctor broke my water. Contractions started immediately and were 3 mins apart. I was dilated to 2cm when we started and within seconds I was already 3cm. The nurse checked me at 11 and I was 5-6cm. Then she checked me at 1pm and I was 7cm. She checked me for the last time at 1:20 and I was 9cm. With the next contraction I was feeling pressure and the urge to push as they were setting up the bed for delivery. About 3 contractions later Jackson was born, it was 1:27pm. He was absolutely perfect and first thing he did was pee on the doctor. Then while dad was helping clean him up he peed on him too. lol. He weighed 7lbs and 10oz and was 21` long.

The labor could not have gone any better, I didnt have any pain meds and I think I made the right decision about that. It hurt like hell but it was manageable.

We have been home for about 24 hours now and we couldnt be happier to finally have him here!
