Kaedin`s birthstory

I was due on Feb 22, went in on the 23 for an Ulterasound. The doctors said that Kaedin was 9 pounds and that we need to do a C-section ASAP because I was contracting or anything. We had my son 2 hours later at 10lbs 7 ounces. He made me cry when I heard him cry. It was the best day of my life, and now I get to experience that again in Feb. Three days after Kaedin turns 3 his baby brother will be born by C-section

Maason`s birthstory

Well I wasn`t due for another three weeks. Well on Saturday February 9 I started feeling some really uncomfortable pain. I knew something wasnt right. I have been having conractions, but nothing this bad nor close. So I took a bath, drank some water took a walk, laid down and nothing. They just kept getting worse and worse. Finally I called my doctor at 8pm and told her what was going on, she told me to go to the Labor and Delivery area at the hospital and she would meet me there. She wanted to see what was going on in there. Sure enough I was in labor since 6pm that night. She hooked me up to the monitors and she seen that I was contracting a lot. At about midnight they started calming down for about 5 mins. Then they just got so bad that no medication that they were pumping in my IV would work. I was screaming, crying, and I just wanted this to be over with. I didn`t go in Labor with my first so I didn`t really know what to except, but I knew this wasn`t just the regual Braxton Hicks. So my doctor came in at 1:15am and said we are going to do an emergencey C-section, and we got preped, and went in at 2:00am. At 2:39 my baby boy was boy. He was breathing real fast, and he couldn`t keep his temp up so they sent him to Nicu as soon as he came out. He was only in there for one day before he was ok. His doctor said that he didn`t beleive there was anything wrong with Maason they just had to be safe rather then sorry. My little man is here, and compaired to my first 10 1/2 pound children, Maason was only 6 pounds 4 ounces, so he is tiny. We were finally released from the hossy on Wed and we are home resting now. I am in a lot of pain because they had to extend my section because the doctor that delieverd Kaedin made it real, well not straight. So I am in hella pain good thing for the pain killers. Its not as hard with two kids as I thought it would be. Kaedin loves Maason and we are happy to have him. I am breastfeeding and that is going perfect. Good luck to all you mommies.
