Rylee`s birthstory

So I went for my 39 weeks checkup on Friday Jan 23rd...I was still 1 fingertip-1CM dilated for the 3rd week in a row and I was pretty upset...asked right away when I could be induced haha. Since my first was 12 days late I was expecting it. My dr...whom I love...looked at me and said...Tuesday night you will be holding your baby...you are going to go into labor and ive been right about everything else in this pregnancy! So i left there thinking he is crazy haha but i hope he is right!! Monday night was pretty normal...was feeling just fine doing my normal stuff. Around 11:30pm I went to the bathroom and saw blood when i wiped...i freaked out...was NOT expecting that. Then a few mins later I started to get contractions...they were getting close together fast. I was thinking im just crazy. I called my dr and he said the blood is normal and is just me dilating...if it gets worse or my contractions get bad to come on to the hospital. At 12:30am i decided it was time to go and get checked. We brought my bags but i made my husband leave them in the car as i thought i was being sent home and didnt want to look to eager haha. I was in triage and having contractions but honestly they didnt hurt that bad. After 3 nurses checking me internally (apparently noone can reach my cervix except my dr?) they decided i was about 4-5cm and being admitted. My dr was on his way there. I was admitted around 2am (after arriving around 1:30). My dr came into my room at 3am and joked saying "when i told you tuesday i didnt mean 3am on tuesday! I couldnt believe he guessed my due date right!! He checked me (with NO PROBLEM finding my cervix) and i was at 6CM. So he ordered my epi and said "im getting some sleep call me when you are ready to push" lol. So i just hung out there with my husband and best friend waiting thinking it was gonna be a long time. I couldnt feel much bc of the epi but knew when i was getting pressure and the urge to push. I was feeling pressure for a while but didnt have a huge urge to push so i just let the baby decend herself. I felt the urge around 7am...nurse checked me and i was 10cm babys head was RIGHT there...she went in about 1/2 inch and felt it. I pushed a few times with just the nurses then they called my dr around 7:35am. I pushed with him and my baby girl was born at 7:49am on Jan 27th!!! She is 6lbs 9oz and 19.5 inchs!! She is perfect in everyway and i feel so blessed!!!!! Plus i was THIRLLED my body knew what to do and went into labor on its own this time lol i was convinced i was broken!! Overall i have very little bleeding and no pain just 3 days later...im very lucky!!
