Madisen`s birthstory

went to hospital on nov 5, 2009 at 6:15, started pitocin at 7:45....got a pain med thru iv around 1 o clock AM nov. 6 didnt take any pain away. i was 5cm at that time... couldnt take it any longer at 2 o clock got an epidural and my water broke while the needle was going into my back. an hour or two later nurse checked me and i was complete. I was completely numb i couldnt even push, they turned off the epidural. i had to wait til the epi wore off a little to feel my bottom, Around 7AM i started to push, the epi wore off completely around 9 -9:30 they turned it back on. as soon as i started to feel a a little numb i started to push again, at 10:58AM she came out, barely crying, she had so much mucus in her lungs. Dr. sewed me back up, (she had to cut me, and i tore in two other spots).. The pain i will never forget, but it was extremely worth it. She is the best thing that ever happend to me.
