Kayla-Jae`s birthstory

We welcomed Kayla into the world on Tuesday February 17th. My labor was so unbelievably easy. My water broke at 4:15 am that day and they ended up giving me pitocin because by 9:30 my contractions hadn`t started yet. I slept from 11-2 pm, started feeling major contractions around 4 and had her at 4:34pm. She was 7 lbs even, and 19 3/4 inches long. Jack is fascinated with her and just wants to help us ...so far : ) She has a very soft cry, and loves to snuggle. I`m loving having a newborn again, I forgot how wonderful they smell and feel. She`s Daddy`s little girl already, they way he looks at her makes my heart melt. So, now we`re complete as a family of four <3 My pregnancy days are over!

I has no pain relief, and no tearing. It was such an easy labor- I only pushed for about 10-15 minutes/7 or 8 strong pushes.... much easier than my first!!
