Woke up early Wednesday morning with light contractions. 1st time I had contractions in this pregnancy so I thought nothing of it. Besides they weren`t that consistant or strong. I talked 2 my mom and told her I was having them she told me I should call my midwife just 2 see what she said I didn`t want 2 because I just knew it wasn`t labor. So she called 4 me. They called and told me 2 come in just 2 be checked because at my appt. the day b4 I was already 2cms and 70% effaced. I got there and they hooked me up 2 the monitor and then checked me. I was 4cms and 90% effaced idk how that happened maybe it was from walking around the mall all day after my appt. So they told me 2 walk around the hospital 4 two hours...I didn`t do 2 hours I actually did 45 mins because I wanted 2 go with Charlie 2 take my mother home. So when I got back they checked me again and said nothing had changed. We went home and the contractions started getting worse around 11 pm...we timed them 4 an hour and at about 12 something we were on our way back 2 the hospital...my water still didn`t break, I still had my mucus plug so I thought they were going 2 send me back home. But when I was checked I was 6cms and 100% effaced so they kept me. I had 2 deal with contractions 4 about 30 mins and after the Epidural it was smooth sailing. I didn`t feel a thing. They checked me again and I was 8cms so they broke my water which took me back 2 7cms. So I waited for a couple more hours...and at about 7 am they checked me again I was fully dilated. So they started setting up. I pushed for about 20 mins, with no pain just felt a little pressure and at 7:37 am she was here. All 6lbs and 7ozs of Beauty♥.!
