Trynity-Madison`s birthstory

Monday the 24th- I was up all night with vomiting & the poops & starting to get cramps. Went to the hospital at 7:30 am to the triage. I was only 2cm dilated which i had been since the previous Wed. I was super dehydrated so they pumped fluids in me & sent me home. I was not dilating any further but still contracting every 8 minutes. We decided to induce the following wednesday but after i got home i began contracting every 6 minutes. It stayed that way & was super painful until 12:30 am on Tuesday morning when i got up to use the restroom & guess what- my water broke. I hollered in pain & my hubby woke up. I told him I thought my water broke & I was hurting so bad we were going to the ER. Once we got there they put me in the labor room & my water broke even more! They had to pump me full of more fluid before i could get an epideral so they gave me Stadol to help with the pain. It really didn`t do much for the pain i just felt stupid, my speak was slurred & I was DRUNK! Finally got the epidural and that was great. No more feeling of the contractions. I didn`t like not being able to feel my legs at all. It was strange. I slept pretty well & they never came to check me until about 8am. At that time i was at 9cm. I didn;t start pushing until 11:30 and she arrived at 12:16. I am not going to lie. The contractions were terrible but after the epidural- all was well. My baby is beautiful!
