Kaden`s birthstory

I had a Dr. appmnt that morning and was dialated to 3.5 CM...she decided to do a stress test and noticed a lot of contractions on my uterus, much more than what I was even feeling...she told me to come back to her office at 3:30 to see if I was progressing...well sure enough, I dialted to 4cm and had actually been feeling very crampy and achy the entire day. She sent me to the hospital...by the time I got checked in and settled into my room...my Dr. showed up and broke my water...they started me on pitocin and I was dialating like 1cm every two hours..I had an Epi and I was having severe back labor and could feel everything in my back...it was horrible...I wasmin labor for 16 long hours and didnt start pushing until about 8:00 am...and Kaden was born at 9:01. I had an episiotomy...and was in a lot of pain...it was all worth it though, I love my baby so much...this has been the most amazing experience and the last 9 days having him here has physically drained me but I continue on with full force because I love him so much...the nights when he has me awake at odd hours...I am still so happy because he is such a gift...we ended up back in the hospital for two days because he had jaundice and it was a pretty bad case of it...but all is well now and daddy and I love our little boy and have decided when Kaden turns three,,,,we are going to give him a sibling...it is so crazy that we are saying that, but that just shows how he has affected us...we are forever changed.
