Addison-Willard`s birthstory

I got checked at 35 weeks and I was dilated 4.So at 38 weeks I decited I was going to try castrol oil. I took 2 tablespoons like it said and was in the bathroom with in 20 mins.Then that was it so i thought.That night about 1 in the morning the contractions started.They were not pain full so I didnt think anything of it.Well,around 5 I woke up from the pain and still wasnt sure if it was real or not.Finally when my husband got up for work at 7 i said its time to go.When we got to the womans center i was in real pain and it is less then 10 mins away.They checked me and i was dilated 6 to 7.I got in the room got my epidural and was checked again and I dilated to 9 They said he will be here within a half hour.After 2 hours went by they started pitocin it wasnt doing anything.The Doctor and nurse came in and said we are going to have you push passed it .So I did.. not feeling anything from the epi. he was out on the third push he was purple they said he had his arm across his neck that is why I wasnt dilating to 10.He wasnt breathing right he was grunting so they rushed he to NICU where they hooked him up to a breathing machine and IV..He was there for 10 days but is home now and is doing great.We all are so in love with him:)
