Teagan-Lee`s birthstory

Saturday night we ate dinner and went to bed at 10pm. By 12am I was awake and having strong back labor contractions. We stayed at home until 5:30 am and headed to the hospital, I wanted pain relief! We made it to the hospital and I was in extreme pain so I requested an epidural. They checked me and I was 3cm so they called the anesthesiologst. I had and epidural for 2 hours when the edidural pulled out and all the pain came back. They checked me again and due to the pitocin I was progressing quickly and couldn`t get the epidural back. I went all natural the rest of the way. I had an episiotomy, and pushed for about 1 hour. In the end I had a beautiful baby boy. He handled the labor well, and neither of us needed any help, oxygen or anything. In the room I had my husband, Dad, Mom and sister. They were all very helpful and supportive. My Mom video taped the delivery, and everyone else was supporting me.
