Chianne-Rose`s birthstory

Was scheduled Monday 11/24 for induction at 7am. Woke up at 3 am. w/lower back pains and stomach staying hard. Decided to wake hubby and my daughter to go in early in case my water broke I`d be in the hospital. So here is the timeline.....

4am- Got to hospital hooked up to IV and checked Cervix 4 1/2 80% effaced.
5am- Started the Pitocin but no change and no pain.
7am- Kept upping the Pit but no change
845 am- Dr. came in checked I was at a 5 and said, `I`m breaking your water.`
Almost immediately I felt the head move down and the contractions started every minute or so. I asked for the epidural and they called him, he came in with in 2 mins and said, I just finished one and they called me to rm...15, is that ok? I said yes, go ahead!! 15 mins. is not going to kill me???

Guess what? My how things can change in 5 mins!! The contractions came closer and stronger and w/in 5 mins I was asking for the Anesthesiologist every couple of mins. I had those labor shakes going on full force.

905 am- Thank God he was only a couple of mins. late and I got the epidural.....Bless is heart he had the most gentle hands ever!!! I didn`t feel a thing maybe a tiny bit of pressure but NOTHING compared to my other epi`s. Anyhow, it didn`t work as fully as it should`ve if I had gotten it earlier but it did ease most of the pain....but it still hurt like hell. With in the next 20 mins I told the nurse I feel pressure about 3 times and she checked first still at a 5, next your at a 6, next your still at a 6.

930 I told her I think I have to poop or push, she said let me check again....
Then came her words to the other nurse....Call the Dr!!!! Let me get my gloves I think I`m delivering a baby!!!

The next few mins was intense pressure and pain and my husband said she was holding the baby`s head in w/a towel waiting for the Dr. As soon as the Door opens up, The nurse says, Susanne???? She said, yes I`m here.... Get your gloves!! There`s no time for a smock!! She gets her gloves on and says...Ok, give us a push....10 secs later my Chianne Rose was born!!! GOD IS GOOD....ISN`T HE? She is healthy and came out like she had been bathed, no vernix, no blood, the most beautiful color....she looks EXACTLY like my other girls.....another Daddy`s Face...lol!!!
