Well this is how it goes. I was having regular contractions on wednesday every 5 mins but they wernt that strong so i went to the hospital to get it checked out. sure enough they were there and they were regular but i was still only `1cm dialated`. how bloody awful. so they gave me some pain relief and sleepin tablets and i was on my way. now after i had a little sleep and woke up the contractions went hay wire. they were now 12 mins, 15 mins, 8 mins they wernt regular anymore! i had enough so i called the hosptial to book me in for an induction i was almost a week over due! when i went in the next day she goes lets give u a membrane sweep. OMG THAT KILLED SO BADLY i started to cry. she goes be warned u will get cramps. as soon as i left the hospital i started to lose my mucus plug! so i went home and started to have very severe crampin so i went back to the hospital only to be told to go home and rest :( i did that but I COULDNT SLEEP IT HURT SO BADLY so i called up the hospital in the mornin and told them i have had enough. they go come on in then.i did. LOL

they then said i was still 1 cm dialted so they r gna break my waters. IT TOOK THEM 20 MINS TO DO THAT apparently the bag was thick :( no wonder i wasnt going into labour early. an hour later they decided to induce me. IT WAS THE WORSTTTT i am never doin it again i immidiatley started to get contractions 1 min apart :( they started inducin me at 5.20 pm by 8 i had enough so i told them i want an epidural.

they gave me one and i go might as well rest so i fell asleep. by 2 i woke up with this weird pain in mmy left side. THE EPI WORE OFF ON MY LEFT SIDE AND SHE HAD PUT IN THE TUBE TOO FAR. i called for the midwife and she goes she will call the epi lady. it took her an hour and a half to get to me :( i was havin severe contractions and for no reason at all i was so upset she topped me up at 3.30 but it didnt work, then at 5 and 7 but the epi still wouldnt take . by this time the numbness had gone and i was fellin contractions and they wuldnt let me out of bed. :( by 8 i was finally fully dialated so i was allowed to push i pushed for an hour and half beggin them to give me a c section but they didnt in the end i gave birth to my beautiful baby boy he left me with ten stitches but hes worth it i dont think he wanted to come out early but he had to i needed him!! but i wont get induced anymore
