Jaxson-Joseph`s birthstory

I woke up around 4 am and thought that I had wet the bed...crazy...but I knew I didn`t. I went to the bathroom and its as everyone says...it`s like peeing but you can`t stop. So, with my heart pounding and a huge grin on my face I woke up Eric and said that my water broke. We arrived at the hospital around 6:30 am with mild but very regular contractions, I was admitted and checked...I was dialated to 3 and mostly effaced. I labored for about two hours...back to back off the chart contractions. I was checked again and dialated to only 4...so I opted for an epideral thinking that I could go this way all day. The nurse stated that it will about 20 minutes...in about an hour as I was climbing up the walls, Eric asked for the nurse...she checked me again and I was dialated to 10!!!! Completely natural birth...I pushed for 1/2 hour and my little man came into the world at 10:15 am!
