Born April 7th 2006 @ Wishaw General Maternity Unit - It was a beautiful Friday morning after 34 hours of labour @ 6:39am, my beautiful little boy was born weighing 7lbs 12.5oz..... Mattie is my pride and joy, God's greatest gift to me. I never knew I could love someone so much, he takes my breath away. When he looks at me and says 'mummy I love you' my heart melts, and I'd lay down my life for him. He is gorgeous, fun to be with, knows what he wants, and is very determined. He has blue eyes and brown hair, looks a bit like his daddy and a bit like me. My love for him cannot be measured, it will never end, he is part of me. I am blessed and privilaged to be his mother, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Matthew you've changed my life, you're the joy I never had before, thank you for being you, you're my life, my soul, my son. I love you more than words can ever say. Thank you for being my light when its dark.
