Lynlee-Jean-Mabry`s birthstory

Okay, I was scheduled to be induced Tuesday January 30th at 8:00 pm. When we arrived at the hospital they gave me Cervidil. It started my contractions pretty good. I hadn`t dilated at all when I got there, but had been having steady contractions for awhile. Really, on and off for days. I had contractions all night, but by morning had only dilated to a 1-2. And I had effaced about 50 %. They started me on Pitocin at around 6:00 am. The contractions got worse and worse. by 9:00 am I was begging for an Epidural. And, it only worked on the right side of course. It was the worst pain!!!!! She was very low and I could tell that something wasn`t right. I went all day and only dilated to a four while feeling every contraction. My doctor knew I was really wanting to have a vaginal delivery and kept waiting for me to dilate more. He was concerned my pelvis was just too small to deliver. Lynlee`s heart rate started to drop sometimes w/ the contractions. It was so scary. The doctor checked me again at 6 pm and still no more than 4 cm. And my cervix was swelling. He said he thought I was just too small to deliver so we had to have an emergency c-secton. Lynlee had a little conehead from trying to squeeze through for so long and my doctor said there was no way I was going to deliver her.. I`m still in recovery from the section. It sucks sooooooo bad. I can`t do ANYTHING!!! It`s so painful. But, I would do it all over again and then some to get my wonderful little girl. I knew I would love her. But, I never knew I would love her this much. It`s the most amazing thing in the world. She is perfect in every way.....I`m very blessed!!!!
