it all started on the 4th of july.i went for a very longgg walk trough the trails and became exhausted. i was having irregular contractions for the rest of that day but didnt really think anything of it. i thought if i went 2 the hosptal all they`d do is send me back home. so i stayed home & woke up a few times during the night with pelvic pressure & contractions 5-7 minutes apart. i tryed to take a shower to releave the pain but it didnt really help . ao i tryed to go back to sleep but couldnt and i went to tell my mom and she told me to start timeing them. they very very close apart so i decided to go to the hospital. i was admitted to the triage at 4:25 am. they checked my cervix & i was 4 cms and 90 % effaced. i was soooo happy. but then thats when the pain hit me. i began to walk n walk n walked. it seemed to help for alittle but then thats when i decided i couldnt take it no more so they gave me some type of medicine to sleep. i slept for alittle n once that medicine wore off i was screaming pain !. so they gave me my room and i went in the jacuzzi tub. it felt soooo relaxing but once i got out i needed an epidural. i got the epidural at 7 cms. once i was 8 cms they broke my water n the epidural wore off. i had sharp pain within the next 15 mins after they broke my water. after they broke my water i dialated to 10 in about 10 mins and had the urge to push.i started to push around 3:15 and had my lil man at 3:28 pm. it was the best thing that ever happend to me. it was a painful but wonderfyl experience.
