my beautiful baby girl is here. she is such a tiny lil peanut since she was born at 36 weeks. Her newborn clothes are too big...I went in for my nonstress test and my blood pressure was 160/100 and i was severly uncomfortable. they sent me to labor and delivery to rehydrate and be monitored. After 3 liters of fluids i still was in a high amount of pain (even though the monitor said i WAS NOT having contractions. so they checked my cervix and i was 2cm 90% effaced and the Dr said she could feel her head....um thats impossible i said. i can still feel her head in my rib cage wheres shes been my entire pregnancy. so they did an U/S and sure enough it was her butt she was feeling......they rechecked my cervix and i already moved to 3 cm. so the race was on to the OR. everything happened incredibly fast. we didnt even have our camera since we thought we were just going to our regular appt. the epidral was a BLESSING. (kudos to you moms who do natural birth. but the back labor i experienced for only a few hours was unbearable.) luckily jamie was only up the street at his moms (i sent him there since we thought they i was gonna be in labor for hours first) and he walked back in the door as they were walking me to the OR. i was petrified. id never had surgery. but everything went smoothly and beautifully. and i have the most beautiful present ive ever recieved.
