Derrick-Jr`s birthstory

We got to the hospital at 8am and they hooked me up to the fetal monitor, started my IV and did all of the admission stuff. The anesthesiologist came in to talk to me about the spinal....the time went so quickly. They had another c-section scheduled before mine which pushed ours back a bit. I walked into the OR and sat on the table, got my spinal, then it all went even more quickly....I had felt that he was a boy throughout the whole pregnancy so it came as no surprise when the doc said we have a boy. (we chose not to find out the sex) He is perfect! I cannot believe he will be 2 weeks old on Tuesday already! Its amazing! I never thought we would get to this point after my 5 miscarriages, but here he is....our miracle baby!!!
