kellan`s birthstory

He was born by c section and has a head full of hair. He was starting to turn blue so they gave him oxygen and ended up having to be put on a ventilator. I haven`t been able to hold him yet. They said he may have to stay up to 2 weeks... Update!!! He was born yesterday and today he has been taken off the vent and all oxygen and is breathing on his own. He has 2 more days of antibiotics before they will let him go home. But he got his 1st bath and we got to watch it. And then she told me to pump some breast milk and they would feed it to him. So my finace took it down to the nicu and they will feed that to him and then take out his tubes and all and then in a couple hours I can go back down there and try him on the breast. So that`s great news, plus I will get to hold him!! He is so precious. I love him to pieces already.
