Cody-Jay`s birthstory

Went to hospital at 2pm they monitored me till 3pm contractions were only every 10 mins and i was only 3cm dialated they wanted to send me home said i could be like that for hours yet ! I said no and went for a walk to try and get things moving within 10 mins they were coming every 5 mins then within another 20 mins every 3 mins . I went back to the ward managed to get trhough another few contractions then called the midwife to examin me as i wanted an epidural by this stage I was now 8cm dialated and it was 4pm I was moved in to the labour room and given gas and air ! Midwife said it was happeneing so fast that it was too late for an epidural I managed to get through the next few contractons then i needed to push ! Cody Jay was born at 5.34pm after 34 mins of pushing and he is the most precious thing in the world !
