Daniel`s birthstory

Well I was set for a section at 10am on the 29th. At about 4:15 am I was woken to contractions that were about 3-5 min apart. Nothing changed them I got in the bath, sat on my ball did everything. Finally at 6 I woke my hub up and called the hospital. They told me to come on in to check me and everything. I got there I was a 4 so they let me go ahead and attempt a vbac. Everything was going PERFECT I was contracting perfect ever 2-3 min he was doing great by 8 I was a 6 and at 10 I was a 7 and asking for my epi. I finally got my epi at 11 and at that point I was a 8. So my dr said he would come back at 1pm and break my water. Well when he did come back at 1:45 and broke my water there was a huge blood clot. I was about a 8 at that point. So when they checked me an hour later there was NOTHING but blood and Dannys heart rate was dropping and not doing very well. My epi was wearing off so as the anastesiologest (sp) came in they were throwing oxygen on me and turning me sides they said to call my dr he was there in less than 10 and at this point it was time for a immediate section. Well by the time they got me in the or and stuff they couldnt find his heart beat so they put me under and I had him. I guess I lost about 1000cc of blood and almost needed a transfusion. But my little man is amazing and healthy!
