Annabel-Reese-Qatato`s birthstory

I was admitted Thursday night to the hospital for cervical ripening, planning on inducing Friday morning....Friday morning they started the pitocin. No prob. at first, but once the contractions started kicking in the pain got pretty intense. My dr. manipulated me open to 4 cm and my water broke at the same time, this was about 9am I`d guess. Then the contractions were back to back....I finally got my epidural after about a total of 4 hrs. of labor, which was a Godsend! Around 12 noon I felt a lot of pressure, so they kicked everyone out of the room to check me and I was at 9 cm! Started pushing at 12:15 and she was born at 12:50....very lucky and grateful that everything went well and my baby girl is healthy! She really is beautiful, this is not just me being bias, she looks like a doll! :)
