well my waters broke after an examination quickly followed by strong contractions. by the time i arrived at the hospital my contractions were on top of each other so no time for any pain relief :0( was hard work but i did it.....yey me!!!! no sooner was baby saffie in my arms i was home with in 6 hours. were doin amazingly brilliant.....
