We were just getting settled down and into bed and all the sudden I felt this pain weird sentation and then a pop. I thought weird... all the sudden water started to come out and I ran to the bathroom, I told my husband (dad) `my water just broke!` He got this big ol grin on his face. He started to hussle and space out. I told him to calm down that we will have plenty of time. I also said for him to call the labor and delivery room and let them know what had happened.
Well, we got to the hospital at 10:15pm and walked into the labor and del I haven`t had many contractions that were painful but I could actually start to feel them. They got me all signed in and took me to my room. Where they had to test to see if my water had actually broke. SURE ENOUGH..... SO on we go. I got my epi soon after that. I could tolerate the pain but I requested it. MAN that really did hurt me. He didn`t get me numbed enough. SO after all that. The pain seemed to go away. Nothing really happened untill 12 o`clock when I started to push but everytime I strarted to push his heart rate would go down and everytime I had a contraction his heart rate went down. My doctor felt it was really important that we do a c-section. I cried and begged not to... but she was very understanding and was very concerned about him. They wheeled me off to the OR. Where I felt like a slab of meat, I was crying and couldn`t catch my breathe and was so nervous soon I couldn`t feel my legs or anything. They started to say wow he is long soon I heard my beautiful baby boy cry. My husband took pictures and said his eyes weren`t open yet, but when they gave him to dad he brought him over to me and then he open his eyes. I suddenly got sick. He was really beautiful but the meds made me really sick. About an short but very long 45mins later I held my lil man. He had his eyes open What meaningful and beautiful eyes, My heart was taken. I am in love, I can`t explain the feeling only wow he is truly a blessing to both me and my husband. WOW
