Well ladies this lil one is finally here and im so happy i cant believe i actually did it

Well let me see where shall i start from the beginning obviously

I went into hospital on the 28th January 2008 at 9.30 am for my induction i was half an hour late but oh well i didnt care because they made me go in the day before to tell me that the labour ward was full and that i should go home and come back tommorow which i did. I was then sent to ward m1 to sit and wait until they called me down to the labour ward i sat down for approximately 5 minutes and they called me and said they were ready for me so me, angelo and his mom strolled down to the labour ward for them to induce me.
I got dressed into my nightie and was then put on the CTG for half an hour to monitor the baby heart rate and also if i was felling any contractions which i was but they werent painful. They also checked my cervix and i was still 3 cm dilated so then they decided to induce me by breaking my waters at 10.54am with this funny looking hook, little did i know a big gush of water came flooding out i felt swamped, then about 5 minutes after i started to feel contractions but they didnt hurt so i thought about going for a little stroll around the ward but i only managed to get around the corner before the contractions started to get a bit more painful so angelos mom had to escort me back to the room i was in and i was given gas and air.
The gas and air made me feel so high and dizzy i nearly fell over so i sat on the rocking chair breathing in the gas and air as the contractions were gettin stronger and closer together i was rocking in the chair like a mad woman that angelo and his mom had to help me onto the bed in case i rocked the chair back to far.
My contractions kept on coming till every time they calmed down i would doze off and then wake up screaming down the place, i will never forget how painful they were, im telling you that the worst pain a woman can ever go through and im sure other mothers out there would agree.
The midwives decided to check my cervix again and i was 6 cm dilated i only had 4 cm to go which i thought would take forever. By this time i was screaming down the whole hospital with pain, screaming get him out, i grabbed hold of anything i could get my hands on including angelos sides, chest and hands and also his moms hand and top but then about 5 minutes after i felt like i wanted to go to the toilet to do a number 2 so for some odd reason i decided to push little did i know it was the babys head and one arm appearing, the midwife didnt even have time to put on her gloves but she managed it. The midwife told me to push one more time and out he came at 1.13pm weighing 8lbs 3oz. I didnt even know if he cried when he came out because i was in shock, felt weak and felt high so i didnt even hold him when he came out to be honest i looked and felt like a zombie i couldnt even talk because my mouth was so dry and it felt like a cheese grater. I was so weak i couldnt hold him to breast feed him so angelos mom bottle fed him for me. They gave me an injection to help the placenta come out and a couple of minutes or so after i staggered to the shower room with angelo helping me along to get cleaned up i must admit it took me ages to get cleaned up coz i was so weak and every move i made was so painful. I staggered back to my room and started to breast feed jhontae because he didnt take a liking to the bottle. After half an hour i was wheeled up to ward M2 to rest and thats my story of how my lil miracle arrived.
