hunter-michael`s birthstory

i had had an u/s on 10-5-07 and we found out he was over 8 lbs and we didnt see the md until monday. we go to the md on monday and we really didnt know what to expect. the doctor walks in the room and says you know the babys weight what do you think we should do? i said can we please take him out!! he said how about at 630 pm today!! i was so excited--we got to the hospital at 5pm. they started my iv and drew blood i was on the monitor for about an hour. my md showed up and just when we were all ready i got bumped for a stat case. i was in the or around 730pm and got my epidural and a nice foley catheter and they started. the hole thing was so weird and i was very anxious. 8pm he was born and i could not believe it. i was crying and erich was with my the whole time. hunters blood sugar was alittle low so he went to the nursery right away but he was fine after a feeding. i was in recovery for about 2 hours and up in my room to see him. i was really out of it, i tired to beastfeed him but i then threw up and he went to the nursery. the next day i was great just in a lot of pain!! i have my bundle of joy!! i love him so much!!
