went to see my doctor at 10am on March 4th due to i had not been feeling madison move since the day before and had been having bad lower pains. i went in and doc checked me and said i was 1cm and 70%. So i hadnt changed any from tuesday when i was checked. He was worried bc i wasnt feeling her. So he sent me to hospital a block away from his office and said they would mointer me and go from there. Well i was finally admitted around 12pm(everyone was having their babies that day!!!!). Well we could hear her moving on mointer but i stil wasnt feeling her move and contractions were hurting. Nurse said it was labor contractions but nothing that said i was gonna have her. Told her doctor had said it was up to me if i thought it was bad enough i needed to have her today. So she called my doc and he said give me lil while longer and he would be by. Well the hour it took him to come by contractions were every min apart and i still wasnt feeling her,so he said he would break my water and she would be here soon(broke my water about 8)(i was 36 wks 5 days). by then i was 2cm. they also decided at that time if i want epi to get it. So i got it and i wasnt feeling any contractions. at 11 the nurse checked and i was still only 2. She said would check me in 2 hours(1am) was like well she will be born on 5th and not 4th. Well nurse was helping delivery another baby at time she was suppose to check me. At bout 1:30 i was feeling lots and lots of pressure down there that i was crying every min or less. Nurse came in at 2 and checked me,said your ready to push. Doctor got there and 3 pushes she was out. 2:25am 4lbs 12 0zs 17 1/2 inches. she is prefect. No problems what so ever and she came out sideways. We should both get to go home sunday.
