Chloe-Belle`s birthstory

I went into hospital in the evening to be induced. The OB checked my cervix and it was completely closed still at 41 Weeks and 5 Days. After some time monitoring the babys heart rate it looked as though the little thing was a little distressed with the slightest uterine tightening. The OB decided to only put 1mg of the gel in and kept me on the monitor for most of the early morning hours. The midwife noticed more heart rate fluctuations and called in the OB from his very short sleep at home. He came in with dishevelled hair saying we have to do an emergency c section as your baby is showing signs of distress.... Argh!!!! It all went well. She came out with a sweet beautiful cry and a quivering bottom lip...So, so sweet.....
