Oliver-Jack-Hammond`s birthstory

Well my waters broke at about 6 in the morning with a loud pop an a real gush!!! Then my contractions started at half 6 and were 8 mins apart so I rang the hospital an they said to come in at 9 for a check up and then they would send me home to wait to go into established labour. I got to the hospital at half 9 and my contractions were every 2 mins an i was 3 cm dilated. I coped without any pain relief and had a bath to soothe it but i found it very constricting so the midwife used essential oils and connected me up to the tens machine which i found horrible and then i felt like i couldnt do it without pain relief. that was about 12 ish and I started on the gas and air. It got to 2pm and I was 8 cm dilated an felt like i needed to push but i managed to not push until i was 10cm dilated an at 3.02 pm my gorgeous baby born was born onto my chest with nothing wrong with him at all and I needed no stitched or anything. He is so perfect and I am so proud to call him my son
