Rylan-James`s birthstory

About 4pm on 11-10-09 i started having cramps, thought the braxton hicks was just getting worse...i started writing them down around 7pm, and they were irregular and not all of them hurt bad...then about 10pm it was hurting more so i thought, oh well, ill just call the nurse the next morning...went to sleep, woke up around midnite and couldn`t go back to sleep...from then on, contractions were 3-4 minutes apart...woke up hubby, phoned a babysitter, then once she got to the house, (around 1am) we were on our way...with each contraction, hubby sped up the van, LOL...got to womens center and they said I was at 3cm...all i kept saying was `epidural.......epidural...`...ya, i hurt too bad to go without...finally they gave it to me a couple hours later...at 6:20am I was at 8cm...then around 8ish i was at 9.5 with water bag still buldging...they broke my water and shortly after i was told to push....nothing was happening, they figured out he was face up, so i had to push a whole lot for him to face down...finally after about 5 rounds of 3 pushes in a set, the doctor said `okay, one more push to get the shoulders out` i was like `shoulders?! i didn`t even know his head was out yet...`...LOL...i couldn`t feel anything down there, so i had no idea if my pushes were working...haha...anywho, he came out at 9:05am! He looks so small...He is the smallest of my 4.... :)
