I am soo worried my 1 month old has a LOUD growling stomach....why??? DOes anyone know? Has this happened to any of your LO?? He also pushes a lot like trying to poop or pass gas. But he is pooping. Also I tried Mylicon and Idk.. if it helped if noticed no difference.

Formula feeding according to Similac. I got confused at 4-7 months, because it goes down in the amount of fl oz for the day after this, but it makes sense now to me. They start solids at this stage and need less formula. I read that the average weight gain is 1 lb every two weeks in one book, but in another they also said 1/2 oz-1 oz every day, so it would be anywhere from 7 oz-14 oz every two weeks. Of course talk to your pediatrician about any questions or concerns.

For 1-2 weeks of age --> 6-10 feedings per 24 hrs, 2-3 fl oz per feeding, 12-30 fl oz per day.
For 3-4 weeks of age --> 6-8 feedings per 24 hrs, 3-4 fl oz per feeding, 18-32 fl oz per day.
For 1-2 months of age --> 5-6 feedings per 24 hrs, 4-5 fl oz per feeding, 20-30 fl oz per day.
For 2-3 months of age --> 5-6 feedings per 24 hrs, 5-6 fl oz per feeding, 25-36 fl oz per day.
For 3-4 months of age --> 4-5 feedings per 24 hrs, 6-7 fl oz per feeding, 24-35 fl oz per day.
For 4-7 months of age --> 4-5 feedings per 24 hrs, 7-8 fl oz per feeding, 28-40 fl oz per day.
For 7-9 months of age --> 3-4 feedings per 24 hrs, 7-8 fl oz per feeding, 21-32 fl oz per day.
For 9-12 months of age --> 3 feedings per 24hrs, 7-8 fl oz per feeding, 21-24 fl oz per day.

Hello ladies,

I was trying to write a blog with all of Victor\'s pictures inside but somehow it didn\'t show up??? I guess I don\'t know how to put pictures in blogs then, so I have to upload pictures in the \"photo\" section.

Quick update, Victor throw up (violently) every now and then, he\'s eating less but pooping more, is that bad??? He\'s pooping like every 3-5 hours now. I\'ll call the doctor if he continues like that tonight. So far he had poop like 4 times since last night until now already.
Thank you so much for all of the mommies that gave me advices and reassurance. I\'m a pretty clumsy mom. I get worry at every little things.

Hello mommies and babies!

How is everyone doing? I hope your babies are growing.

Victor turned 2 months yesterday and I threw a little celebration for him. Well, I supposed to have the 1-month birthday party for him, but I thought he was too small by then.

Some updates on his health conditions. He weighs 12 lbs 5 oz as of Friday, woohu!
He also developed a fever after getting his 2-month vaccinations, it was so sad to see him crying and struggling to sleep. He didn\'t drink much milk since Friday. He was drinking 5 oz, but now, it\'s only like 2 or 3 oz now. I guess I have to wait for his body to get back to normal from the fever so I can get him back to 5 oz

I am so pissed off at my pediatrician and this time I\'m switching to another doctor for sure. Victor had been having some congestion in his nose for a month now and she keep saying it\'s normal. Everything is \"normal\" to her.
He has gurgling/snoring sound in his nose when he\'s awake, when he\'s drinking milk, when he\'s sleeping. He had that sound at the dr office and she kept saying it was normal.
I\'ve tried to clean his nose by using a syringe to pulled out the mucous, but he\'s still making that noise. I\'ve asked her to put the saline drops in his nose and it didn\'t get any better.

Is anyone experience this with their baby about the noise when they are breathing?

I really, really want to switch from Similac Advance to Similac Insomil (the ones with soy) for Victor. I\'ve asked the dr and she didn\'t say anything. She said throwing up and spitting up is normal, so I don\'t know what to do.

Ok, I\'m finally starting to feel unattractive now because my belly is still so huge. So far, I\'ve been too exhausted to do anything to it yet. I have stretch marks all over my big belly and my breasts too.
I\'ve heard of Belly Bandit but don\'t know where to buy it, any ladies using that? You just order directly from the website, right?

I\'ll update pictures of Victor later as soon as I figure out a way to put water marks on it. He doesn\'t look so much like his daddy any more, instead, he\'s looking more like his grandma (my mil).

i have a questions for all the mommies out there . my daughter just turned 2 months yesterday and she is drinking 7-8 oz of milk..its just not holding her up..maybe because its not a thick formula. do you think it would be okay to add some rice cereal to her milk..i would start her off with just a little to make sure it doesnt upset her tummy..what would yall do?

I feel embarrased asking this but my son is 3wks & 6days I had a csection... has anyone who had a csection when did you first have sex?? I know my dr said 4-6 weeks.. but I know some people go sooner.. I\'m soo scared just to think I had a big cut...

Hi ladies - question for all of you. This is my first baby and first time giving birth - my question is - how long after giving birth does it take for you to usually get your first period? My little bub turns one month old on Saturday so I am wondering if I should be anticipating it coming soon. My stitches are almost completely gone now and other than a little spotting, I don\'t really bleed anymore. Any feedback would be great!

DR APPOINTMENT.

they didnt find anything on the cat scan :(
so we back at square one.
they gave me some more muscle relaxers and pain meds..they keep saying its the pregnancy..but its not. it hurt before..and if i ask them y it hurt from before she doesnt answer me..this makes me so stressed!!! it hurts just to pick up my little girl. [GO BACK IN 2 WEEKS]

PS. already tried this with my ob..but my family dr is gonna try it again..well didnt work the first time..so y would it work the second time..oh wait its stronger meds...i hate taking medsss grrrr..wouldnt the ones that werent stronger make it some what better??? not worse?? idk..

the pain is getting worse :( it hurts all across my stomach now , not just my right side. hopefully they found something with the mri and blood work. I should find out tomorrow . i have an appointment in the morning. im just ready for some relief . addy will be 2 months on the 26th!!!
