We understand the emotional strife this caused for many of our members and for that, we apologize. However, it is now time to move on and stop discussing this event. Hi!1 Yeah things have been crazy over here. We've all gotten sick with not only a cold, but me abd hubby had the flu too! Uggh! So glad winter is almost over. It's been crazy weather here. One day it's sunshine and short sleeve shirts then the next day it's freezing and jackets! :)

Miley is now cutting 4 teeth too! My poor baby!! She is sayin some words, but still a lot of blabber. And she has a lot to blabber about too, so I'm already scared! haha. That's so cool to hear them actually saying sentences! I remember when my first daughter did that. I was so proud!! :)

Actually when Miley was about 13 months she was done with her bottle. She was only getting one at night. I tried putting real milk in it and she wanted nothing to do with it. So i put some milk in a sippy cup and she kinda just played with it the first couple days. Then all of a sudden she just took to it. Kaylyn has a glass of milk at night still before bed, so maybe she saw her do it! haha.

Sorry this is solong, i feel like it's been forever!! No more of that! I'll log on everyday again!!

My daughter did the same thing when i tried to wash her hair. I realized for me the problem was the water was too warm. I cooled it and the problem was solved! (not that she loves washing her hair, but she stopped screaming if you know what I mean!) Hope that helps.

If they make Born Free sippy cup tops for the bottles I would try that first. Also, maybe warming the milk and then putting in the sippy will help too. I know motherhood is quite confusing and you use a lot of trial and error!!!! Your LO will catch on eventually, I thought CR was going to be 2 and still on the bottle but one day he just started drinking his milk from the sippy and I was like "Halaluah"!!!!!! Let me know how it goes and good luck.

Precious, I saw your question on the 15 month page regarding weaning your LO off of the bottle. I recently did this with my LO at 13 months. He would drink water and juice out of his sippy cup but would take one drink and find out there was milk in it and he would throw it down and scream wanting a ba-ba (bottle). I finally was able to wean him totally to the sippy by changing his bottles to a different kind than what I had been using for several days. Then I tried the Nuby sippy cup, it has like a nipple spout, and he started drinking his milk. Now he will take the hard spout sippy cups. We never have went back to the bottle. I hope this helps you out.

Hi there! Are you all settled in your new place yet? Moving is such a chore I tell ya! These girls are kepping me busy. I haven\'t anytime to get on here.

Can\'t believe Miley is alost 16 months already!! I get to go to Kaylyn\'s school tomorrow and help out all day. They are gonna have a Valentine\'s Party. It should be lots of fun! :)

I put the pictureof the girls that we had taken for Valentine\'s day up. Turned out alot better than I expected. Thank goodness!! :)

I had a dream that I was pregnant last night. And I mean way pregnant. And Miley was running around the house cloring on the walls and everytime I took a crayon away from her she had another one on hand! What a stupid dream!!?? And no I\'m not pregnant!! Haha!

Hey girly. How\'s the move going? I hate moving! Things have been crazy around here too. Miley is a wild child. :) And she is so clumsy. She\'s always running into walls or tripping over her own feet. She just gets right back up though. She really is our rough and tough little boy!! haha

I took her and big sister last weekend to get Valentine Pics done. That was an adventure!! Miley wanted nothing to do with it. Lukily a couple turned out though!

Says it is Ideal for top-of-stairs installations
There are different sizes which will cause the price to vary. Mine was 29 and plenty wide enough for most stairways. I bought mine in the store but you may need to look for it online and have it sent to your local walmart (no charge to do that).

I have a gate that I bought at Walmart for $29 that your drill the hooks into the wall. It's much better than a gate held for pressure for the top of stairs. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of it right off the top of my head.
