Lol. My son is already a little stubborn shit. lol. Normally when I get up he is already awake and kicking, like he\'s saying \"mornin mom, feed me\". Well no movements today. I was concerned so I ate, and drank a ton of water, and layed down. Nothing after an hour and a half so I called my doc. She told me to go into ob and get put on the monitor. So I did, and they gave me OJ to drink, and that seemed to work. He got active after an hour of drinking the oj. Every time he moved, his heartbeat would spike. They did a non-stress test and he passed it. So they took us down for an U/S to perform some sort of test. We saw him drinking the fluid, and practice breathing, then he got pissed cuz she had the u/s wand on him, so he kicked her super hard. She just giggled and said \"aparently the trick is to piss him off\". we got some super cute pics. Check em out on the last page of my pics. I guess he is just resting up for the big day!

well I finally can give you all an update.Last night I went to L&D my contractions were 5minutes apart and lasting 1minute each.They got me checked and put me on the moniter I was 1 1/2cm dilated and somewhat effaced.My contractions got worse started coming every 3minutes.Well the nurse called my OB because my cervix wasn\'t changing and he sent me home with my contractions 3mintues apart.Well I got home at 3am this morning and they had calmed a bit so I slept on and off for 4hours.Well when I got back up my contractions started again I waited and went to my OB appt an 9:45am today and he finally saw how bad my contractions were and how close they were about 3 minutes apart again.He checked me and said I\'m now 2cm dilated and still only somewhat effaced he said I have something like prolonged labor because I\'m not progressing like I should be.He said If they got worse to go back to L&D if not to come see him tomorrow morning and if theres any change in my cervix he will induce me after I visit him tomorrow.If I don\'t progress or have her until monday I will be going to L&D on monday the 20th at 5am to be induced.So I\'m very excited I will have my Isabelle within the next four days!!

Ladies, thank you all so much for sending me a message about the swine flu. I really appreciate knowing I am not over reacting.

Please dont get me wrong, I wasnt suggesting that the fact I feel a bit yuk is swine flu, hehe x I know it just part of being preggo.

Quesstion ladies. I should have mentioned this at the doc yesterday but didnt. I have been taking severe dizzy spells which have been making me nauseated and along with those I have been getting numbing feelings in my arms and legs. Is this normal? Just worried if this could be related to gestational diabetes. It runs in my fam. I asked today if doc wanted me to take the glucose test early, but he said we would wait for my 28 week visit. Any advise would be great.
