I'm 40 weeks today and still no sign of this baby coming...I'm feeling pretty anxious,tired and sore myself :) although I'm fortunate enough to have been off work the last couple of weeks and we get a year of leave in Canada so I;ll be off for a while yet.

GOOD MORNING ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy happy Friday!!!! Another week closer to meeting my princess!!! yay!!!!

Ok, as most of you know I am in the UK. I am from London, England but I live near Cardiff in Wales. Some of you may not know that the Welsh people have their own language. Emily-Rose will be learning both English and Welsh (as well as other languages when she gets older) so I am starting to learn it so I can help her.

I wanted to share my favourite word so far: Its \'CWTCH\' pronounced \'Cut-ch\' (\'cwt\' rhymes with put, \'ch\' as in chicken). it means to cuddle or to give someone a \"safe place\". Awww how sweet!

See if you can use it with your friends and family at the weekend. Should be funny x x

38 weeks finally!! i went to the drs yesterday cuz i was having really intense contractions lol on my b-day of all days well nothings going on down there except my cervix is finally soft 2 weeks ago it was still hard so i guess thats a good sign and why i have been having cramps but my dr says i will most likely still be pregnant next week oh well i just wish it would happen sooner i have a feeling im gonna go past my due date blah!!

Can I ask a question please - how essential is a nappy wrapper? I am not sure whether to buy one or not? or just get a bucket with a lid and put the nappies into sacks and into the bucket, then empty it whenever I need to?? Let me know. Thanks for your help ladies, Rach x x MWAH!

sorry ladies I have been MIA , I have been getting things together for my vacation in Chicago, I am leaving today and won\'t be back till Monday evening, I will try to get on and check messages and post but my old high school friends and family have a lot planned for me, by the time I get back it should be time for me to test !!! just rubbing them isnt the best they need to literally push the fluid up towards your heart so as far up you legs as they can get it so they your heart can re-circulate the fluid through your body properly :)
you poor thing swelling is NO FUN, ive only just started to get it a tiny bit and im hardly on my feet at all at the moment....

dr called everything came back normal which is good im still tired and lazy and super hungry !! i have an u/s on july 8th my 39 week appt, so im happy bout that cuz i get to see jacob and i havent seen him since week 19!! i wonder how big he is i hope everything is ok in there . thanx to all who commented on my 38 week blog
