35Npregnant - Wednesday, 10 December I'm going on my walk again in a few minutes. I walk with other mommies at a Park we do four rounds... I assume it's about 1 mile 1/2 of a walk.
babytauri - Wednesday, 10 December I'm being induced Tuesday, 12/16! Details in my profile! :)
I've added 2 new belly shots, so please tell me what you think.
waitingformyprince - Wednesday, 10 December oh no lol ive gained alot more then that I started at 135 and now im at 194 lol
jo,jo - Wednesday, 10 December Hi! Yeah, I can't believe how close it is now till we get to meet our little babies! Knowing that it could be any day is making me soooo excited but at the same time it is making time go by so slowly! I finally finished work on Friday and am happy to have some time to myself at home although I hope I don't go mad with impatience!!!
So how are you and how is the pregnancy progressing? I think my little girl isn't moving around as much as she used to - she is still moving so I'm not worried but it just seems different, I hope it's normal behaviour! My midwife told me she has dropped and has been engaged in the birth canal for some time so she could come a few days early - I hope so! At first I wanted her to come late so her birthday was clear of all the Christmas and New Year celebrations but now I just want her to come along as soon as possible!
So is your nursery finished now and did you get everything you need in your baby shower?
Write back and let me know all your news!
Love
Jo x
babytauri - Wednesday, 10 December LOL! He's on his own! He can pack his own bag! I've got enough to worry about! LOL! Chances are he's only gonna be there overnight if I am in labor overnight, otherwise, he'll be at home so he can go to work. My mom is flying in town and she'll be with me at the hospital if I need her to (assuming she makes it before the baby decides to come). I may have overdone it with the packing, but I don't know how long they make us stay in the hospital or even how they do the whole dressing the baby thing or if they give us outfits. And I don't want him or my mom having to bring stuff up there. The blankets are mostly for transporting her to the car (it's kinda cold this time of year here) and I packed the whole grooming kit cuz I didn't feel like taking the comb and brush out, assuming my baby even has hair! LOL!
babytauri - Wednesday, 10 December LOL! I KNOW I'm forgetting something. For her, she's got 3 of everything- outfits (newborn and 3-month in size in case she's bigger than I assume), socks, diapers, hats, pj's, blankets, t-shirts, grooming kit (with lotion, powder, soap, comb and brush), bottles (just in case, I don't know....), and scratch mittens. For me, other than things I would pack in an overnight bag, I added extra large maxipads and all of my nursing necessities.
babytauri - Wednesday, 10 December Yeah it is. I know what you're talking about though. That's the pain I was having that made me invest in a body pillow. The pain today is lower; between my vajayjay and butt. It sucks! I've enjoyed my pregnancy but now that her room is done and our bags are packed I'm ready to have my baby!
waitingformyprince - Tuesday, 9 December Yeah well only in the past three weeks . I guess it because you start to slow down when you get towards the end
babytauri - Tuesday, 9 December Oh. LOL! I thought I found someone to relate with me! It's not excruciating pain, but it's noticeable enough that I don't like walking or getting in the car! LOL!
babytauri - Tuesday, 9 December Yes, that's exactly what it feels like and where it's located.
babytauri - Tuesday, 9 December If she doesn't come on her own by the 16th, yes, he's gonna induce me so she'll be here next week! We are VERY close and I'm sooo excited! Can you tell me something- I'm very sore in perinium area; it kinda feels like pressure, but it's more sore than anything. Could that be the weight of the baby just laying low or could she be physically trying to push down? It hurts when I life one leg just to step into the car and a little when I walk.
~* Yummy Mummy Shell *~ - Tuesday, 9 December no i wont im going to have the implant (its like rods under your skin in your arm) and they release small amounts of hormone, like the pill but less levels of hormone! Its worth looking up info bout birth control cos it has to be the right one for you xxx
Lorien - Tuesday, 9 December Going into it totally natural really isn't that bad. Yes it hurts but as soon as the baby is born the pain is gone! Don't let anybody tell you that your crazy if you can stay relaxed and focused things will go smoothly. I'll let you know how it goes and I can't wait to hear how it goes for you!
JulianasMommy - Tuesday, 9 December Well you are full term so it wouldnt hurt anything. Just dont get disappointed if they check you at the hospital and it is different than your findings because that happens alot.It just depends on the persons hands. Let me know how it goes.
~* Yummy Mummy Shell *~ - Tuesday, 9 December hi, The copper IUD is not for the faint hearted, unfortunately i didnt know how it worked until i had got pregnant. It works by not allowing a fertilised egg to implant in the lining of uterus, cos IUD makes it a hostile environment, but i have to say it means you are having fertilised eggs but losing a fertilised ovum each month, a miscarriage every month essentially (huge moral impact on me, cos essentially its abortion (my views please dnt be offended)... anyway it will cause heavy periods, clots etc. My coil was put in and the first one expelled itself...i had another put in and found a few months later that i conceived while it was in (but no contraceptive is 100%) and then a fews weeks later it fell out...in my opinion they are not that reliable, but hey no harm in giving it a try if thats wat ya want. Anyway if ya wanna know anything else lemme know, congrats on pregnancy and good luck with birth im sure it will be fine!! take care xxx
lilmissk - Tuesday, 9 December LOL! I found a few other companies like West, but this is the only one that doesn't charge a fee to start. I believe those were scams, no matter how "cute" the websites looked, so I was pleased to find West.
babytauri - Tuesday, 9 December No, my pelvic pain isn't sever enough to be diagnosed as SPD. In fact, in kind of subsided once I got a body pillow. Yeah, obviously the mucous plug doesn't mean much. People were gettin me excited sayin labor is in a matter of days and still nothing! If it weren't for my doc inducing me next week, I think I'd be overdue!
Lorien - Tuesday, 9 December I am ready I just don't really like the induction part of it. I'm not getting an epidural so it is a little more intense when they interfere than when your body does it on its own. Yes this is my 4th baby 6th pregnancy so we will be done. I found out my fluid was low because I went in for an ultrasound for something totally different and they caught it then. I wouldn't worry about it though. It never caused any problems except for me having to get ultrasound twice a week for a while but the baby was fine even when it got to its lowest. I am excited that it is going to be all done though I think you worry more when you are pregnant than when you can see them in front of you ! So this is your first? That is really exciting I bet you are anxious. The last few weeks seem to take forever!
lilmissk - Tuesday, 9 December LOL, there's plenty of room for everyone!!!
lilmissk - Tuesday, 9 December Exactly! I was super excited when I heard about it, so I understand.
Lorien - Tuesday, 9 December Your welcome, you should have no problems checking it then! I am feeling pretty good. A little nervous because I'm being induced on Thursday! I have low fluid so not what I planned but I guess we will be ready
