Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.
krisaustin2 - Wednesday, 19 November ABC- here is some info I found- When either mother or baby has a thrush infection, they can pass it from one to the other during breastfeeding. Take care to protect yourself from passing the infection back and forth. Read about some simple and effective home remedies for thrush, for both mother and baby, by clicking here. Thrush can not usually be transmitted from one baby to another, but thrush is contagious between a breastfeeding mother and her baby. If you have twins, or two babies who both bottle feed, it may be possible for one baby to contract the thrush yeast infection from the other by sharing bottles. So be sure to keep their bottles separate, and wash each bottle after use It sounds like Amy won't catch it but if they say babies who share bottles could pass it to one another. If Amy is in day care and all of the babies put the same toys in their mouth, I would think that there is a possibility that the baby with thrush could pass it to Amy and the other babies that way.
rosangela - Wednesday, 19 November Hi! I read your question on the six month forum....oral thrush is not contaigous. My daughter had oral thrush a few months ago. It easily treated and, again, not contaigous. Not to worry!
mybundleofjoy - Monday, 17 November Take a look at the new pics I posted of "London" on page 1 of my pictures. The first three pics are new ones of him after church yesterday, enjoy! I hope all is well with everyone and have a wonderful week!
BethSilva - Monday, 10 November UPDATE ON OUR DOG:Thanks so much to everyone that commented on Pulver our dog. We had a lot of possible buyers, and or takers. However with every text or phone call that I got, Brandans heart would break a little more. He was soooo incredibly sad, I mean he seemed like a different person! So Saturday we went to his moms house after going to the block of Orange to walk around and ponder what to do. He went out back to spend time with Pulver, and his dad fallowed. About 15 minutes later his dad walked in and said “Nan, your son doesn’t want to get rid of his dog.” She says… “I know, but I don’t want to be responsible if he falls and drowns in the pool.” He says… “I don’t want to get rid of him eather.” So after a little scuffle back and forth, Brandan got what he wanted! He gets to keep Pulver.
I’m so glad that he didn’t have to go through the pain of losing him. I know what it feels like I had to give up my American Bull dog. THE BEST DOG IN THE WORLD. And to this day it’s still hard for me. If I ever found her I would snatch her from her owners! Ha ha. (Turned out that the person I GAVE her to sold her for $500. 00 to some crack head! UGH sucks)
SO thanks again! I REALLY Appreciate it!
