Tuesday, 9 December Thank you all so much for your comments on my last blog.... things have been more than overwhelming and so to get online and read that some of you have thought of me means so much.
I'm feeling much better health-wise, still a little sore from all the vomitting and I'm pretty tired & weak from dehydration but I've stayed well hydrated today and I'm happy to report that I've not vomitted anymore.
My test didn't go as well as I had hoped... but I did my very best. My most important tests are next Monday & Tuesday and then of course, graduation, if I make it that far, is next Wednesday evening.
Wish me luck as I pick up my books tomorrow and get back to studying. It's incredible to think that I could finally be a nurse one week from Wednesday.... I have to do all that I can to make this happen.
Thank you all so much. I hope that each and everyone of you are doing well....
I'll keep you all posted on how this next week progresses. Hopefully, I'll be able to post a new occupation in my profile next Wednesday.
Have a wonderful week!!! Thanks again for your kind words, prayers, and thoughts. They mean the world to me, truly. I'll be on again soon..... ~ Jamie mommabell -
Monday, 8 December Thank you guys so much for your support and input. It helped a lot knowing I wasn't alone. DH has come around and we are working on this and we WILL find a solution. As far as the pastor, he really didn't violate any confidentiality because he is counseling both DH and I, but he definitely should have shown some compassion. We are certainly thinking of going to someone else. Thank you ladis again SOOOO MUCH! Much love to you all XOXO melanie rae -
Monday, 8 December Yes it does. At least I know the day for sure she will be here so I can plan everything around that. I'm almost done getting the room finished. The contractor working on my bathroom assures me they will be done before the baby arrives so that's relieving to hear. I'm glad your baby is sleeping well. Both of mine slept all night around 2 wks. They were big babies and were demanding to eat more often like every 2 hours, so I filled their bellies with a little infant cereal and that's all it took. They were asleep the rest of the night until morning. I'm ready for her to be here. It will be nice to have a nice small drink for the holidays at mom's house.. lol.. nothing of course to overdo it but a nice little mixed drink will help. mommabell -

Saturday, 6 December Andreas is now 3-1/2 weeks old... time flies so quickly, it's all so fleeting! On one hand you want them to grow up and get into a routine, etc... on the other, you want them to stay itty bitty forever.
My little guy is going through his growth spurt, so cluster feeding like crazy. I feel like I'm just a milk dispenser. And just when I thought we were close to a night routine, all the timing is thrown off again and he wakes up every 2 hours rather than the 3-4 we were getting before. Oh well!! You still can't get mad at their sweet faces... we are just too in love : ) madiraevin -
Friday, 5 December Sorry i haven't been on too much lately....
Along with having my little Princess to take care of, i am also babysitting now. Oh wow! it's like having twins!!! lol Mine is 5 and a half months and the other is 9 months. And oh boy, she's a different baby!!! She is naughty already! She bites, she throws things, she pulls hair, and she "yells" and "screams" at everything. Even when I just change her diaper, she cries like i'm hurting her. I'm afraid my neighbor might start thinking i'm beating her or something because of the way she screams all the time. It's hard, but I have to remember I'm doing it for Madisyn. I can't bring myself to work just so I can pay for daycare. The logic doesn't make sense to me. But it works for some people...
So the newest things going on with Madisyn are, she's creeping like a worm (kinda crawling), she's MASTERED rolling around the house, she's definately found her voice!, she LOVES food (hates baby food tho)....i feed her off my plate as long as it's not spicy or dairy. We really love her a lot. It's amazing how much you feel you missed them before you even knew them. I can't imagine my life without her. And hardly remember it without her as well. We want more, but not for a while. we are perfectly content with just her for now.
well, i hope all is well. and everyone has lovely, safe and happy holidays!!!!
take care!!! madiraevin -
Friday, 5 December wow! isn't it crazy how fast they grow?! the sleeping will get better!!! madisyn just started sleeping through the night recently. she started waking for only one bottle around 4 months, but now, if i keep her up till about 10pm, she'll sleep until 7 or later in the morning. it's wonderful to get sleep again! your time will come!!!! i promise!
