Hey, i just feel SO big even my husband is like..."honey...your already popping out..." it's funny. Maybe that means it will be a boy? Since all i have is girls.

I have not had an ultra sound yet. My first doctor's apt is next Thursday. I hope it's not twins...but would be fine if it was. You know? I just dont know if I could handle a 16 month old and two newborns. Phew. Good luck! Keep me posted about your Ultrasound!

it's funny, today I totally felt pregnant...but there are days where I don't feel like I am at all. I tend to feel more prego at night, maybe it's because I'm so busy all day long that I don't have time to stop and obsess over it. But once I'm home, it's on!

Start now getting him used to the idea of another baby. Show him pictures of pregnant mommas,pictures that show the baby growing inside. they actually make special books for toddlers. Read it often and make it really fun,like a reward. Watch some of the baby shows on TV. Never use the baby in the belly as excuse for why your not feeling well. Tell him what a great brother he will be and how much fun he will have. After the baby is born have him help you as much as he can. Doo all the transitions before the baby comes(weaning, off bottle, getting rid of pacifier) if you do the tough stuff now there will be no resentment when the baby comes. It will be a bit rough in the beginning but its so worth it to see them play together! Itll be ok.

I'm really worried about my son getting mad at me when the baby comes too... I heard about a good book called What to expect now, By Katie Tamony... I ordered it yesterday, hopefully it will have some good insight. But I think in general the best thing for kids of any age is for us to always have special time alone with them individually. My son is a great helper, hopefully he will continue to be once the new baby is here ... he loves to feel appreciated. I'm so excited that he is going to be a big brother!

I'm going through the same thing...I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my second child and my son is 10 months old this week! Something I think we are crazy and won't be able to handle it...but other times I'm so excited.
