can stand and \'walk\' by just holding his hands at 12 weeks

slept 7 hours straight at 11 weeks and 8 hours at 13 weeks

Sleeping 9-11 hours straight at night by 14 weeks

Pulls himself up from reclined position to sitting, and sat by himself for a whole minute before falling over-14 weeks

Completely mastered his rolling at 15 weeks; rolling all over! lol

Eating oatmeal at 16 weeks, and carrots at 17 weeks

Stood up by himself holding onto the ottoman at 17 weeks

Sitting up with a little support at 4 months and sitting up alone a few days before turning 5 months

Finally able to reach his feet at 4 months and got them in his mouth at 5 months...lol

Scooting on his belly at 5 months, but backwards!

Got his first tooth April 18th and 2nd tooth April 20th! 6 months

No more reflux or zantac at 6 1/2 months!!

Pulling himself up to standing and sitting himself up from laying, week before turning 7 months.

Crawling May 25th, 7 months and one week old! And walking around holding onto the furniture/walls.

Saying 'mama' at 7 1/2 months old, saying 'dada' at 8 months

Got top two front teeth during 8 month (took the entire month to fully come in!)

Starting standing alone for a few seconds and taking a few steps at 8 1/2-9 months

Standing alone and walking at 9 1/2 months!!

got 5th tooth (bottom right) at 9 1/2 months

wonder if you have to do it more gradual like i did? who knows... goal is now 8 weeks! ha!

i hope he grows to like the swing soon...we spent so much money on it and were so excited about it...figures! maybe baby no 2 will like it.

i totally just think outloud sometimes so he can hear me talk! ha! hes prob like...whatever i dont care about the mortgage payment! lol!

hey- no. nothing is getting better. she is miserable. the alimentum didnt help so he wants me to try nutramigen. she is off of the zantac & cereal since he said it didnt seem to be helping. i bought her an actual crib wedge last night- she slid down it twice & woke up crying. she saw the chiro for 1st time yesterday. he said there were a few misalignments but- based on last night-i am assuming that it didn't help. next visit is fri. gonna give it a try again. i also started taking acidophilous supplements. i am determined to get some sleep here.. ha ha. sorry i always sound so mean & negative in my posts/replies. i am beyond frustrated & just want my crabby patty to transform back into a happy baby. i am glad that you seem to have gotten things worked out with Logan. i soooooo cant wait for that day. her doc said it should be passing in 4 weeks--- cripe

i'll be in a mental ward by then rocking like rain man, colic sucks yeh definitely sucks lol. stupid q for you- i see you are from ohio-- are you anywhere near youngstown, boardman or austintown? i have a free diner for 2 at rotellis @ any of those locations & i dont think i would ever use them. so- if you are nearby & want it- i'll send it to you.

did you wean? how many times a day were you pumping? i still get 6-8 oz each time, 3x a day...the session in the middle of the night sucks! wpuld much rather just go to sleep after feeding him or stay in bed! you're so lucky it didn't hurt, even going from 8 times a day to 6 to 4 to 3 it hurt!
my mom and her bf used to feed us kids lemons as babies and laugh at our funny faces! Terrible, huh? Kinda funny tho.
Does Logan like the swing? Lucas really does not care for it and last 15 min tops in it. Its weird cuz he loves the car and to be bounced and walked with and doesn;t even mind his bouncer for a little while (up to 30 min).

The nurse I spoke with said I could try 1% hydrocortisone cream to help heal that red ring. I had been using A&D ointment, then neosporin, but she said that's really just to block out the moisture. Since it's already raw looking, she said the cortisone cream would help heal it better. I'm going to get some tonight. Is the lotrimin working for you? And I know exactly what you mean about him not wanting you to get into all his little crevices, Josslynn hates it too! I have to bribe her with a bottle, turning it to the left and right so I can get each side ;)

Yeah we started it on Friday. Friday & Sat were hands down the absolute worst days yet. With that being said- we were at a friends house last night & she had the most massive disgusting dump ever(on my friend's mom's lap hee hee). She immediately transformed back into a normal baby. My point here is that I think she was beyond miserable bcus she was constipated so badly. As far as the alimentum goes, I really can't say that I think that it has made a difference. She is still gassy & blasting farts but no more poop. I think I am gonna give her juice tomorrow too. You use apple? Isn't it funny how loud these little ones can blast em?

Hi! Well he's only had it 3 times now. Been trying to give him mostly breast milk since I had so much stocked up, plus he doesn't spit p and cry as much so why put him thru hell if I don't have to. My new goal is 3 months, if I can keep up the pumping 3X a day til 3 months I'll be satisfied. Today is 6 weeks and I am still getting 6-8 oz each time I pump so that's about 2 bottles each time and he's eating pretty much every 4 hours now, so it works out. He usually drinks 4 oz and sometimes wants more so now I'll just give him and oz of formula if he's still hungry. He poops more regularly this way too. I know, I hate when he doesn't poop, it makes me feel bad.

I looked at the prices for the GS again and I guess it's about the same as the rest, just some kinds were a little more expensive by a dollar or two.

Lucas is 6 wks today! Which means Logan was 7 wks yesterday...can yoiu belive how fast this is going? Someone slow the time down!!! LOL!!!

BEt logan loves the juice! When Lucas gets the hiccups really bad I give him the Gripe Water and he loves it, he's in for a real surprise when it's time for all the fun stuff! Can't wait to see what kinds of food they will like and dislike. Love watching the funny faces! Ha!

I graduate with my B.A in Jan,but I can't do anything with it at the moment,I looked up online coding classes and they have 4 month programs but the jobs want experience,I live in ontario california,I don't know I have to figure something out fast.I will enroll in the program if I have a good chance of making money in the future....

So I called Ava's dr today in tears. I am SO SO SO SICK of the screaming & not sleeping. Todays episode started at 340am & ended at 620 then resumed from 10-noon. He wants me to supplement her in the evenings w/ Alimentum. He gave me some samples but great- more expensive sh*t to buy. OMG I am horrible & bitter. (and so tired) He said that the screaming episodes are colic & we all know the cure for that one...

Didnt call the chiro. Still debating that one.

SO happy for you that you got an explosive diaper. I am still waiting for mine. She farts SO LOUD that I will never again have to own up to one in my life

The doseing doesnt seem to have made a diference. She told me to call back tomorrow if there was no change - but really, would it change in 3 days? I am so torn as to go for the referral or to just deal w/it. I think I am going to take her to a chiropractor that does infants. I really have nothing to lose(but the $10 copay) I have been researching it & it seems to have helped alot of people. I am just so damn desperate. This a.m. screamed from 430-630 & then she fell asleep sucking on my finger. She is just miserable & then cried from about 630-800 tonight. She still hasnt pooped since Tuesday again. I hv been giving her white grape juice & think I am going to try apple or apple prune combo. And- I am sorry to tell you & but I am not sure how accurate this is, but someone told me that reflux peaks at 4 months & can last well over a year- FREAKIN KILL ME. Oh wait- not necessary, will be dead from lack of sleep. lol

Sorry for the book. Hope things get better with you 2.

Well I *had it* yesterday morning due to Mon night being ranked up there w/one of the worst ever. She can't breathe therefore she is not sleeping (me neither!

). Called her doc & was told to gv her zantac 3x a day now .4ml per dose, up from .5ml 2x a day. She said if no improvement by friday she will give us a G.I. referral. Cripe- i hope they dont want to radiate her w/any procedures. Also told me to give her oatmeal cereal w/1oz milk. I feel like she is too little for all of this shit & wonder if I should just put up with it & let things the way they are & just deal with it- or is THAT mean?

Also- good theory on why she is constantly eating. I feel so bad for these poor little things. I am glad to hear that Logan is doing a little better for you. Maybe soon you can toss your earplugs. Actually- I'll pay you to ship 'em to me haha.
