I just read your post about your dog not moving on the bed... lol it made me laugh cause my dog is the same.... laziest dog EVER!! I love him but at night... when I need to turn over.. I will push him but he won't even move. For some reason ever since I got pregnant he sleeps on my side... he used to sleep on my husbands feet. He's a little jerk :) gotta love hem :D haha Just had to share :p Have a great day

my mom is trying to get me to move back up there...keep trying to explain to her that theres a reason that i moved down here away from her....then she keeps saying that i will change my mind lol..i don't even care if i have to go through labor and delivery alone...all i care about is having a healthy child and being able to have someone there when im done cuz they wont be able to do me any good lol...i just want my b/f there...still haven't heard anything about the whole statutory rape charges on his ex yet or nething so i still dunno if he will be able to be there or not...im trying to prepare myself for the mind set that he wont be tho just in case...even my aunt wants to be in the room...they all keep telling me that i will want someone there...ummm dont think so lol...i think they all enjoy watching us suffer like they did lol...i just cant believe that we only have about a month and a half left till our due dates and about 4 weeks left till were technically full term...i feel like ive been pregnant forever lol...well neways...think my book is long enough for now lol...ttyl tc

lol ive been telling everyone since the beginning that the only one i want in the room is my b/f and they all seem to think im kidding or something and i even told them that if he is unable to be there then i will do it by myself cuz i dont know anyone well enough to have them in the room or to have them around that area...not even my mother...who lives out of state thank god lol...and i can always have a nurse take pix if i need to lol...

So glad you passed!! I am sure you are relieved! Yes I have to check my blood sugars 4 times a day with Accucheck. It pretty much sucks haha. But gotta do what is best for the baby. I have started in the uncomfortable stage as well. It is so hard to get comfortable in bed, and bending over is about impossible!! I agree.. October can't get here soon enough!

Yay! Congratulations! What a relief, huh?
I'm already thinking of ways to lose the weight after the baby is born. Did I tell you about the risers I want to get for my mountain bike? I want to set it up in the garage so i can ride while the baby is sleeping and have the monitor right next to me. I also want this mini stair master that would fold up and sit under our couch that I could also do while Lucas is sleeping. And I was kinda bummed that it will prob be too chilly to take him for walks, but there's always the mall. We'll just pack up and go walking around the mall for an hour a few times a week. And it'll be just before Christmas too so maybe I can get some shopping done too! Lol!
No, I prob won't be returning...that's why I'm taking the coding class silly. Btw, still waiting on my books...hoping they will come today. can't wait to get back to work on it!
And I think you asked me before and I forgot to answer you...our anniversary is Sept 28th. I plan on taking Todd DT to go up in the Sears Tower and then to dinner at Maggianos a really good italian place. We have a $25 g.c. for the restaurant too, so that will help save some cash. Not sure what he is getting me, but he mentioned something about my gift the other day. I forgot it was coming up! Ha!

And yes, see...only 11 things purchased as of yesterday. Pretty discouraging. I know we are going to have to go shopping after the shower. I at least hope all my big stuff gets covered.

Tell Mike to get going on that changing table or he'll be cleaning poop off his side of the bed! Ha!

Isn't that crazy? I don't even weigh myself at night anymore cuz it just upsets me! I ate a sh*t load of pizza on Sat night, so I'm sure that's what was stopping me up....but boy was it good!

I hear ya! I'm at 175 now, but lost a pound from yesterday, so may lose another today. Think it was water weight from the weekend. Was really thirsty while we were out of town and drank even more water than usual...weird. That puts me at 33 pounds! Ugh! And i measured my belly last night when i got home with a tape measure...44 inches! Everyone here at work keeps adking me if I'm sure there's only one on here...hahaha...not funny anymore.
Todd and I talked yesterday and I might be able to quit here sooner than we had planned, like Sept 19th as my last day. That's a bout a month from my due date and only a week and 2 days earlier than I already told my boss. It's just so hard when I don't get nay sleep and the commute sux. Traffic seems to be getting worse so it's taking me longer than 35 min to get to train station, more like 45 min and then another 50 min on train...yuck!
This way I will be able to devote all my time to working on my lessons and def finish before Mr. Lucas comes.

So are you all done with Logan's room now?

LOL I thought I was the only one who's bra felt a little snug. But the worst is not over your breast will swell after the birth due to the milk but soon after that they will go back to normal

Happy Anniversary! Hope you guys are having a nice romantic dinner tonight! It's gone by fast. Isn't that funny. I thought that too and I had just gotten back down to a size 8 and was so exicted to wear bikini on our honeymoon...not sure I'll ever wea it again now! lol!

That stinks that you had to wait all week without hearing about your GD results. That would drive me crazy!! Hopefully you passed. It sounds good that you passed the fasting level and the last level. I passed the fasting level, but was over the limit on the 1,2,3 hour readings.

The GD diet isn't too bad. I basically have to eat a healthy balance of carbs. Breakfast 15-20g carbs, morning snack 30g, lunch 60g, afternoon snack 15g, dinner 60g, and evening snack 45g. I am supposed to eat plenty of protein with my meals. I found I had to change some of eating habits. Smaller meals for one thing with less carbs, but I now eat 6 times a day! And I found lots of lower carb offerenings of the foods I want and crave. So far, my blood sugars have been normal. Keeping my fingers crossed they stay that way.

How have you been feeling?? I am starting to get in the miserable, uncomfortable stage I am ready to meet my baby boy!!!
