Well here I am AGAIN! That's right AGAIN! lol My name is Diamond C. And for those who don't know me I am 22, about to turn 23 on June 23. I am married to my wonderful husband Jonathan, who is a SGT in the U.S. Army. We have been together for 7 years, married for 3 (a kid for each year I guess! lol) I have a 20 month old daughter, Serenity Jade, born 9/14/07. And a little baby boy who is days away from 6 months old, born 12/23/08. I had conceived twice while on the Nuvaring, during the first 4 months of my son's life, but I lost both those pregnancies. This time I'm off all contraceptives, and we conceived the first month. I know it's crazy to have 3 kids so close together, but I LOVE being a SAHM to my kids and this is what I have dreamt of for so long!
June 17, 2009-3 weeks and 4 days! Well I KNEW this month was going to be the month of baby number 3! I'm not a religious person, more spiritual than anything else. I believe in signs, intuition and my dreams. Different images, signs and little gut feelings had me pointing in this direction. So this morning when I took an FRER I just smiled wide because I knew exactly what I was going to see. TWO BEAUTIFUL LINES! It was very clear, very PINK and very positive! I'm optimistic because the other two pregnancies had tests that were close to barely visible and not normal results and I was spotting the whole time. I feel just fine surprisingly, just a bit of smell aversions and a slightly nauseous stomach if I eat too fast or too much. Best of all NOT SPOTTING! Already starting to pooch in the tummy! I'm excited because I'll be getting an ultrasound each visit again, that is the awesome part of living in Germany. lol But it looks like I'll be moving back to the U.S. because I am pushing for an all natural HOME BIRTH! : ) Will likely move in the middle of the pregnancy. I am studying to be a birthing doula so this pregnancy, which I think is our last baby, is my Journey to completion. Most exciting is that because I have a boy and a girl, I am NOT FINDING OUT THE GENDER! So this is going to be a big surprise at the end. : )
Speaking of this wonderful Journey, I've decided that that is what our baby will be named if it's a GIRL! Journey Fayth. Because I've been through the wringer these past 6 months. Getting over post partum depression, PTSD, and a horrible c-section.
For a boy it's Pheonix Alexander-because a Pheonix always rises from the ashes, renewed!
