grexach - Wednesday, 10 December Janine, the pictures you and hubby took at home yourselves are beautiful. I love them! One of Auggie's co-worker's girlfriend is a photographer and she did our portraits. However, we were very unhappy with the results. She is inexperienced, does not have a good eye for detail, the lighting was wrong, and it was overall a very uncomfortable experience for both Auggie and me. In all, we got what we paid for (she didn't charge us much). So, we have decided to go with a real professional for a second shoot that will have to take place in the next few weeks, if she is available. She is a professional who comes highly recommended and is very expensive, but we figured we might only do this one time and would really like to document the pregnancy. This batch gave me a couple of pics to use as X-Mas cards, but the second batch will hopefully provide us with some really beautiful pictures that I can place in an album or frame and put up on the walls in our house. Ugh, the drama. I am looking forward to the pregnancy being over and actually holding baby Jack in my arms.
TracyB - Wednesday, 10 December Love these black and white photos!!
BrandiH2007 - Tuesday, 9 December I love the idea of reading the same story. And i love it when B talks to the baby. I'm sure both help with calming later.
GreenWood - Tuesday, 9 December L-O-V-E your new photos!! DIY they may be, but I'd say you did a great job! And besides, it's not as if they're going to be printed in Hello! magasine or anything! Ah! You look really beautiful Janine... and that is a mighty fine looking bump too, with no stretch marks, you lucky thing! 10 more weeks and counting.... Yikes!!
I'm doing.... alright. I feel constantly tired and mentally and emotionally drained. I'm taking a break from the hospital today though, as my cousin is coming to stay for a couple of days.
Enough about that.... How are you feeling? Not too uncomfortable I hope. And at what point do you start child birth classes? That must be coming up soon, no? xxx
preggiebelly - Tuesday, 9 December Thank you all so much for your comments on my last blog.... things have been more than overwhelming and so to get online and read that some of you have thought of me means so much. I'm feeling much better health-wise, still a little sore from all the vomitting and I'm pretty tired & weak from dehydration but I've stayed well hydrated today and I'm happy to report that I've not vomitted anymore. My test didn't go as well as I had hoped... but I did my very best. My most important tests are next Monday & Tuesday and then of course, graduation, if I make it that far, is next Wednesday evening. Wish me luck as I pick up my books tomorrow and get back to studying. It's incredible to think that I could finally be a nurse one week from Wednesday.... I have to do all that I can to make this happen. Thank you all so much. I hope that each and everyone of you are doing well.... I'll keep you all posted on how this next week progresses. Hopefully, I'll be able to post a new occupation in my profile next Wednesday. Have a wonderful week!!! Thanks again for your kind words, prayers, and thoughts. They mean the world to me, truly. I'll be on again soon..... ~ Jamie
