samlib - Monday, 8 September hi thanks sooooo much for the response!! she does the deep inhaling when laying down though like even when i just went in from her sleeeping all night, she usually is smiling and ready to eat, she just kinda was mellow and then i got her up to feed her, fed her and she burped, changed her and she went back down... now the deep scary to me breathing is when she's just laying there, she's totally not herself...when does it happen for your little one? its making me nervous, would you go back to the office for another dr's opinion??? thanks!

littlecavalier - Friday, 5 September Oh my gosh, this is the sweetest picture ever!!! They are so adorable and their little hands on top of each other, absolutely priceless!
littlecavalier - Friday, 5 September I just wanted to stop by and tell you that you're my hero! Breastfeeding one baby is hard so I can only imagine some of the struggles you must go through with two. You are doing such an amazing thing for your little boys :-).
momofboys - Wednesday, 3 September Just wanted to let ya know Alayna went to her 4 month dr visit today. She weighs 17 pounds (90th percentile) and is 25 1/2 inces long (95th percentile). She was less than pleased to get her shots!
Time is flying by! Even my six year old said she is growing up too quick.
Take Care!
twinstwice - Saturday, 30 August I had my babes on the 21st - I was exactly 37 weeks. My water broke that morning and when I didn't progress a whole lot they gave me oxytocin that afternoon to augment my contractions. I had the babes at 9:29 and 9:39, my boy was 6 lb 8 oz and my girl was 5 lb 13 oz. We only spent two nights in the hospital - the babes were doing awesome - no jaundice, they didn't loose too much weight (about 5% each), and we were anxious to get home and see our girls.
Things have been going much better this time - these babes are pretty mellow overall (my girls were quite fussy). The only thing that is a bit more difficult is that the have very different feeding dynamics - my boy could feed all the time and my girl likes to cluster feed since she usually falls asleep very easily when nursing. We saw a lactation consultant today and it was really great. She gave me a lot of pointers and so far today I haven't spent hours nursing!
How are you doing? How is the nursing going for you? Are you getting much sleep? Drop me a line when you get time.
