smurfwxmama - Friday, 5 September Actually looking like days actually so it's gonna go fast, I have to clean the house tomorrow and then I got an itt trip on sunday, the one I was supposed to take before E got here that he ruined lol! Good lord I just hope I have a clean house, I have almost no energy to clean but plenty of motivation so we'll see how it all pans out!
smurfwxmama - Friday, 5 September Sweet!!! Maddi had her first one at 3 1/2 mths so I'm hopin Ethan doesn't do that as that would hurt I imagine with the whole bfing...awww now I want my baby to get his teeth lol! Oh looks like daddy might be home next week, cross ur fingers for us!
La-JoSiE - Wednesday, 3 September oh ok!! so i'll buy the madela manual..it's cheaper anyways.lol thanks!
smurfwxmama - Wednesday, 3 September Yea who knows when he'll get here lol! he's now halfway home so just waitin on the rest of the trip, so I'm busy trying to clean and take care of the kids after work and the gym, boo! But oh did that herbal stuff help bring my milk back! I stopped taking it cause it did a great job so now it's just me and E doing it ourselves. He's doing pretty good with it too, wakes up about 5-6 before I get ready for work and then he has about 3 bottles so that's not too bad right...but I supposin I need to go pump real quick before I hit the gym...
starby - Monday, 1 September Whoa! Thats crazy expensive, I cant even imagine paying that much They are the cutest pictures ever though, hee hee, I called my husband in to see them and he just though they were so adorable! She's got the cutest little smile, she looks like such a happy girl :)
mommy21206 - Sunday, 31 August we got these from babies r us.
starby - Sunday, 31 August I love these pics! Did you take these or have them done somewhere?
starby - Sunday, 31 August Such a super photogenic little angel! This has got to be one of the cutest pics ever! I love it :)
starby - Sunday, 31 August Hee hee, thanks for the comment! mmmm, white russians sound pretty tasty right now :)
starby - Sunday, 31 August for a little while, and I have read conflicting info on this, I would pump for a few minutes and then put that milk aside, then I'd keep pumping and feed my daughter that hind milk. I had what seemed like a major fore/hind imbalance and it was causing her lots of uneccessary gas...it really seemed to help her. I only did it for a week or so because I read how she needed that foremilk and I kinda freaked out...It was crazy though, I would get like 4 oz of watery foremilk and set it aside and then get 6 or so oz of super creamy hind milk...I think I was just tossing out all of that foremilk...anyhoo, just thought I'd share with ya because I did go through that imbalance for a few weeks :) Good LUck!
Embry - Saturday, 30 August Thank you so much for your email. I feel much better now. There are still times when he latches on when I think I could scream but for the most part I am doing SO much better. It is nice to know that I am not the only one out there! Thanks again.
mommy21206 - Saturday, 30 August so I think our husbands are from the same cloth, my wonderful (HA) husband did the same thing except his thing was softball instead of dodgeball (seriously do adults play that anymore) and then complained about how tired he was. Then actually told me that "YOU CAN'T LET BEING A MOM CHANGE WHO YOU ARE, I'M NOT GONNA LET IT CHANGE ME". OMG Is he kidding me????? I was complaining to the girls at work and ironicly this is a normal occurence. Men just suck. Feel better soon.
La-JoSiE - Friday, 29 August so the manual one is better?? how much was it??
SMiller - Friday, 29 August Just a little update: who knew getting an appointment would be so difficult. These people have been giving us the run around. My Tricare Prime isn't approved until Oct. 1 which means i have to see a civilian doctor till then, but one doctor I called said they wouldn't do it because it didn't make sense if I was just going to transfer over to a military doctor. Wow- how rude!! But I finally have an appointment September 9. ****Hope you all have a good labor day weekend****
veesalazar - Wednesday, 27 August I hear ya, with my first child I was in labor for 27 hours before the Dr finally sent me in for a Csection because my pressure started to go up and I never dialated on top of the fact that my son just didnt want to come down at all LOL. So no I dont want that again. Thanks for letting me know I will be sure to tell the nurses I will be nursing so they dont start my child on formula while I am in recovery. THANKS!!
smurfwxmama - Wednesday, 27 August What I lost was my milk supply lol but the scale has been a few lbs lighter since I'm getting all the liquids they gave me out of the body and my belly seems to not be so bloated. But my boobs are definitely a bit smaller than when I went in damn it! I just got my herbal stuff in the mail so I'm gonna try that and see if it helps bring my supply back up since I start work again either friday or monday depending on how i feel...
SMiller - Wednesday, 27 August I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all the congratulation comments. I would've replied to all separately but when I checked it I had 60 messages, lol. Thank you so much for the support.
smurfwxmama - Wednesday, 27 August Yeah not so good but I'm alive, which is something I wasn't expecting monday morning that is for sure! They almost wanted to put a tube down my nose how horrible is that! But now I'm trying to get back the milk and my supply took a hit hard, ouch! So pumping while he's at the babysitter the next few days and he's gonna be getting it all from me when he's at home and this better rebound fast! Probly has something to do with the fact that I was on just liquids most the time I was there but we'll see, wish me luck!
smurfwxmama - Tuesday, 26 August Aw thanks hon that's ok, this girl is going to work out great and I pay her less than the cdc, woo hoo! I kinda want him there just for the fact he might not get exposed to all the germs he'd get at the cdc but we'll see when hubby gets home what he thinks about it. I was just in the hospital for inflammation in my intestines and holy crap did that hurt, and I had to dump everything I pumped, i was so mad and upset, almost cried! But I'm back home now, got a couple days off to recoup and then head back into work, so we'll see how I do!
