Jessiebearz - Wednesday, 5 Mar Lol its funny how that happens I gues Sweden is just a real home for you. His parents are going to Finland next year would love to go but think it would be a bit hard with the long flight from here to there with a little baby. Hopefully when the baby gets bigger we will go over there, I’ve never been overseas!! I know there are heaps of names, but trying to find one that sounds good in both Finnish and with an Aussie accent, that I can pronounce is a little hard, but we will get there. Hope you and the little boy are doing good.

mumof5kids - Friday, 8 Feb ooh that was a long message bet your fingers are aching now ha ha... the prams here range from basic cheap priced ones (yuk) to the very expensive maybe £600 for the works ha ha i have bought a jane slalom pro with coordinatind carseat carrycot changing bag footmuff etc, but i considered that this is baby n0 5 and that i shouldnt buy new this time so i got it second hand but in as new condition... and seeing as i am a pram-a-holic it seemed the best idea..i have had about 200 buggies so far for all my kiddies ha ha so i dont suppose i will keep it for long...i have also bought a maclaren xt for the boot of the car just so i dont have to lugg the jane in and out the car when i walk from home.. tee hee well back to you, 6 floors up blimey thats a lot of steps cant blame you for wanting to move.. so when are you moving?? right better go and check the kids are in bed and not running riot upstairs...its 7.20 pm here and im enjoying sitting here chilling out all on my own as even hubby has gone out, not up the pub but to do the food shopping ha ha bless him...right back soon..oooh and if you want to see my prams i have a couple of pics on my page in my photos ok...
mumof5kids - Friday, 8 Feb so did you move to finland from england??? i could never leave i would miss my friends and family to much lol. so do you have to pay for your midwife over there, its so different in england where the nhs pays for all your treatment.. i keep reading all the posts about not having anything re your pregnancy covered and all the money people have to pay out and i cant believe it.. anyway dont get to stressed, just try and look forward to seeing you newborn in a few months time that will hopefully take your mind off living somewhere you'd rather not be... have you started shopping for him yet?? i have booked my 4d bonding scan now and having it in 3 weeks so im mega excited...but it cost me quite a bit, but i thought id treat myself as they are sooo good... and i have bought my pram and cot now.. but he will have to sleep in with us till hes old enough to share with his big brother alfie.. we only have 3 bedrooms and they are full of kids already ha ha...poor baby ha ha ha. anyway take care / wb ok xxx
shannondawnb - Friday, 8 Feb hey there, i feel like that every other day, AFTER i eat. i went form my dr. appt today and he thinks its likely due to my low blood pressure and that my blood rushes to my belly, and works. ill have to research online tonight. i hate the feeling, i feel faint and ansy, like i could crawl out of my skin... hope everything else is well and you feel better :)
caseylynn2 - Thursday, 7 Feb Have you experienced symptoms similar to preeclampsia symptoms? Here they are from e medicine health website:
Seek medical care if:
* you have any question about either your health or your baby's health
* you have a severe or persistent headache or any visual disturbance (such as double vision or seeing spots)
* you have severe pain in the middle of your belly or on the right side of your belly under your ribs
* you notice any unusual bruising or bleeding
* you notice excessive swelling or weight gain
* your baby has slowed down its movements
* you have any vaginal bleeding or cramping Just in case :) hope you are feeling ok!
MaddiesMom - Thursday, 7 Feb You may be right about iron deficiency contributing to this... I just got a call from my dr. saying my iron count is a little low so I have to start supplementing. (Perhaps I was exceptionally low the two days I had my 'spells'.) Anyway, you should call your midwife if for no other reason than to make yourself feel better! :)
Ladybug2008 - Thursday, 7 Feb You might have low levels of Iron. You may becoming anemic. The symptoms you mentioned at least. Call your provider and tell them what you told us. You will probably have blood draw. Also remember to drink lots of water as well.
laurada - Thursday, 7 Feb HI there. My last pregnancy I was registering for my baby sutff and I got the exact same feelings. I had to sit down in the store and they brought me a muffin and some juice and viola I was fine. Very wierd. But it only happened once and twice, I personally think it was something with my sugars. I would just mention it to your DR next appointment.
MaddiesMom - Thursday, 7 Feb I have had 2 similar experiences. Except mine were just being really dizzy, like the room was spinning, out of nowhere. I keep forgetting to mention to my Dr, but have read it could be from blood pressure being too high or low. I tend to have sort of low (good but on the low side) but maybe it got too low for some reason. On one occasion, I woke up and the room was spinning, it went away in a minute or less. Of course I hadn't eaten in hours so maybe it was a blood sugar thing. The other time I was shopping at the mall and I had eaten recently. Hadn't been there very long and all of the sudden the room spinned only about 2 times, then I sort of had the cold/hot feeling. Had to sit down. Very scary! I'd mention it to your dr. but probably just a weird pregnancy side effect! Good luck! :)
mumof5kids - Thursday, 7 Feb oh and be carefull even with your head between your legs... i did that on a brick wall but still passed out and cut my head open...lol best place is on the floor then the feeling of cold sweat and black and white speckled vision will pass..but dont stand up again in a hurry..wait till you feel totally fine...even if your on a path or somthing, it doesnt matter how silly you feel...i did it on a highstreet packed with shoppers after almost passing out on sat shopping....the shop keeper bought me out a chair but i said...if you dont mind i would be better off laying here for a bit ha ha ha
mumof5kids - Thursday, 7 Feb oh low blood pressure could be the answer as that would make you pass out and feel light headed... the docs also told me that when i am standing still that if i was to keep my legs moving ( i.e from your knees?? do you know what i mean?? that would keep my blood pumping normally as it should do and then i shouldnt get the light headedness...i remember when i was at school in a drama class.. we had to stand against the wall and close our eyes and think we were in a lovely place...ha ha well i ended up being dragged off the floor out the room coz i was out cold on the floor...ha ha.. it never really happens when im sitting down except once...that was in my history exam where once again i was out on the table and got dragged out and woke up outside the classroom...see im a pro at fainting...i even used to do it if i was stressed or worried about something... but in pregnancy i found it exactly the same symptoms and over all effect...
pamallhoney - Thursday, 7 Feb And how are your iron levels doing? This is about the time when I had to up my iron.
