annabelle77 - Saturday, 6 December Hi there. My baby just turned 4months today and we started her on cereals. There are three main single grain cereal. Rice, Barley and Oatmeal. So, if your baby is still on stage one cereal, give it a try! Mine is starting with the rice but next she will try the barley. Let us know how your son likes it! :-)
Jodi - Sunday, 30 November Hi..my baby boy is almost the exact same size as your son. I wanted to compare what hes eating if u have time to respond on my page, How many bottles and how many oz a day? When do you give him cereal? Is he on any kind of eating/sleeping routine? Has he started teething? Thanks!
mimi2b2aboy - Friday, 28 November if you use the vent air playtex bottles they nipples that expand. so the hole in the nipple is cut like an ex to expand to the size of the liquid inside the bottle.
mamalu817 - Sunday, 23 November Lol! The same thing happened to my son a few weeks ago! He was giggling and all of a sudden milk came flyin out of his nose...poor thing...it must have burned or something because he started screaming and crying!
joonluv - Wednesday, 12 November I'm happy to hear that using the playtex drop in bottles have worked wonders for you and your baby! Ever since I started using them, I noticed that he had less gas and less spit up. He still spits up and quite a bit but that's mostly my fault because I move him too much or overfeed him but other than that, they are great. Well take care!
joonluv - Tuesday, 11 November i use the playtex drop ins too and i squeeze the nipple after i've made his bottle to let out any air. drop ins are way easier than having to wash bottles all the time. also try the Parent's Choice bottle liners. You get 100 for much cheaper price than playtex!
alkalibee - Tuesday, 11 November I use the playtex drop-ins and yes we push the air out :-) Otherwise they are no better then bottles without liners :-)
phonics - Friday, 31 October Did you try going to photobucket.com?
chasesmommy08 - Thursday, 30 October That is such a nice offer(sending me the formula) but, i dont want you to have to spend any money. Thank you so much anyway!
mama40 - Wednesday, 29 October yeah, it is funny about pooping issue. like when we are sitting at the dinner table with my husband and discuss when did our little one go poop last time and when he will do it next.
mama40 - Wednesday, 29 October Thank you for advice. Where do you buy those suppositories - in normal OTC section or you need prescription? I also think it is better to give him a chance to go naturaly, but sometimes this is so difficult. Michael went poop this morning - on 6th day! And he was screaming in pain before going to sleep yesterday. It would be good to have simple and safe remedy at hand for such situations. take care.
crazietink25 - Wednesday, 22 October yah its my first! lol i want SOOO bad to give him something other than formula but my bf is sooooo against it. lol. Mine was 3 months on the 20th. Congrats. he is beautiful! i mean handsome :)
crazietink25 - Wednesday, 22 October i am to scared to try anything but formula.
crazietink25 - Wednesday, 22 October Camdens the same way! we use the enfamil gentlease for the gas and he spits up 20+ times a day. even hours after a bottle. so they put him on zantec bc we arepaying cash for all meds until the insurance starts on nov 1st. but it only brought it down to 10+ times. so they re going to put him on prevacid. our doc said not to put rice i the bottle. but im sick of changing clothes too! they said its normal for babis to spit it up 3-5 tmes but not more than that and not projectile. I hope this helps at all! :)

MommyWonder - Monday, 13 October Thanks for your comment. This is the second pack of pills and I'm a week early again. I'm hoping that this won't mess up my system. Thanks again!
mommy-of-3 - Sunday, 5 October I know I couldn't believe what an awesome deal that formula was, I looked at it and re-checked the price because I thought someone put the wrong can there or something. Yeah with Enfamil and Similac you're just paying for the name, it's ridiculus. We use the parents choice diapers too, they seem to be working fine so far.
kristalsfirst - Tuesday, 30 September Hi Sandra. Thanks for your response on the diapers I will deffinitly give the parents choice one a try. I have been using pampers and huggies but I dont think I can keep up with the prices of them. I still have a little bit of stock from my baby showers, and my fiance and I were buying the pampers size 1s for $9.89 pack of 82 when they were on sale. I also am using a cheaper formula. I am using presidents choice for $12.99 and my baby has had no problems with it at all. I Save sooo much money compared to $25.00 + with the other ones. Get 2 cans for the price of one. I like thaat lol.
jenn0203 - Tuesday, 30 September With my ex husband I had to work also. But not because he was ill, he just didnt want to. With my fiance, I get to stay home and take care of things at home. It was wierd at first. But I love it. So do my kids.
phonics - Thursday, 25 September So how is the Parents Choice formula coming along?
phonics - Tuesday, 23 September Let me know how it works out. We will probably start within the next 7 days when she finishes with her current can.
phonics - Monday, 22 September I have not gotten it yet. We are still on a new can of formula, but once she has finished the can we plan on changing.
Let me know how your baby does on it. I know some mothers who said they have used it and it works great.
becky468 - Saturday, 20 September Sounds like me I can do it off of 4-5 hours of broken sleep.
